We have NEVER been later than the last day of the month, and that only happened once. We are late every month due to my health. I am dying. And I am hoping that I can get some help getting disability or something so that we don't have the threat of being thrown out on the street every month. Just disgusting that certain people get a pass, and others do not. Shameful.

Most neighbors keep to themselves, some are friendly, others not so much. The Park Office is never open regular hours, sometimes the office folks are abrupt on the phone too. There are two sides to the park, you have the newer side with nicer homes and the older part where many of the homes are falling apart. Apple Valley's mobile home park qualified for grants from Dakota County. Those grant dollars were used so people could either spruce up their place with new siding and skirting or put money down on something nicer. Three Rivers could benefit from a grant program like that. Especially since mobile home parks sadly have a bad stigma. But at the end of the day, mom and I have a roof over our heads, could be worse. I am only staying there for my mother's sake and to oversee her care.

I have seen alot of managers come…read moreand go along with owners of the trailer park.. it is a nice place to live but there could be a few improvements one stop raising the rent I pay $744.00 just for the base rent and it goes up 25.00 every year.. my trailer is 30 some years old.. the streets need repaving the park office manager is hard to get a hold of.. some residents get special treatment when it come to parking in there yard, or having more then two cars. the park for the kids needs to be updated or we need more amenities for the kids. in the winter the maintenance people suck at plowing the roads... we used get the streets cleaned in the spring thats not being done.. on the good side my neighbors are nice and the trailer park is my home but somethings need to change... ask the community what could be improved since we live there

(Honest opinion, nothing given in return for a 5 star rating) When major situations happen, they handle them with professionalism, staying on neutral ground problem solving for a outcome that works for all parties. My family and I have lived here for a bit over 5yrs, there's (like anywhere) good and not good. No place is perfect, l would recommend skyline (and have done so) to people looking for a good place to raise a family or just start out on in life!!
