We've been using Vincent for a while now (pretty sure I've written a review in the past) and this last time just really drove home why he and his guys are the best. Our home was blasted with dozens of eggs by some jerk high school kids (currently being handled by detectives or I would name drop and throw them under the bus ; )) and everything was a mess. Giovanni came out and scraped baked-on egg off of the affected windows and removed ruined screens. They look like new. Right from the original contact Vincent was responsive, coming to the house to assess the job and providing an estimate. With more than 70 panes and sunscreens on every window this was a big job. While I had a less expensive estimate from another company I was worried that they based it on square footage vs coming out to see the house.
