I called Champion Window Cleaning that day. They were able to set up an appointment for me quickly and easily. I especially appreciated the fact that I could get an early morning appointment given it accommodated my work schedule. I received a text about 20 mins before by appointment letting me know they were on their way. They showed up and were very professional. I was worried about moving furniture and whatnot given we had just painted, but they took care of everything. They also were efficient, finishing in about 40 mins. Overall I was impressed. My windows look incredible. I never want think about cleaning the windows myself after this. I called for a quote which was given to us in a few days and after accepting an appointment was set within a week. I was impressed with their professionalism and genuine concern that their finished product was to our liking. Bob was coordinating the inside and did an excellent job. But, what set William apart from the others is that he was more thorough in explaining his approach, his pricing, and the value of using de-ionized water. I've been working with Champion for over a year now and can't say enough good things about their service. I have had them do a complete house job or as needed for specific doors and windows. I have large sliding glass doors that need to be maintained (also have a dog which means lots of licks and nose marks) more often than the rest of the house. At first I was afraid my windows wouldn't be clean. They use deionized water in a hose brush to wash the outside of the windows. It is amazing! The glass, frames, sills, and screens came out crystal clear. The insides are washed in a traditional manner so as not to flood the house! Nice people to work with. Very accommodating.
