We recently hired Twenty9 for a renovation project, including gutting and remodeling all three of our bathrooms and redoing our floors. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Due to some work done by a previous contractor, we had several substantial cracks in the drywall in our primary bath. We decided to tile the walls and contacted Twenty9. We live in a condo, and they coordinated everything with our management office without us needing to do anything. The majority of the workers were fabulous and did excellent work. They arrived on time daily, and the project was completed in a timely manner. The team is very professional and answered all of our questions and provided assistance as needed. We have used Twenty9 for many remodeling projects over the years. They just remodeled our kitchen which has made a huge difference in functionality and it looks great. A few years back, they did an outstanding job in designing and building our All Seasons SunRoom which transformed our living space. Amazing quality contractor for my townhome renovation project! Sean and his team are professional and kind. I had most of the inspiration photos in mind but he had a wonderful designer named Denise that gave great advice including putting a quartz slab on the shower seat instead of all tile and going with me to every store to make sure I was happy with the selections. The real reason we went with them is because he has a team and barely subcontracts unless necessary. You don't have to worry about the painter coming late or the tile guy giving you attitude because he knows them well, are on salary, and they do a great job. They have an office where you can always get a hold of someone to ask questions or give payment efficiently. Anytime work was being done in our home (especially with a new baby) the guys were kind and hardworking. There are always delays and set backs with a new home renovation that I'm used to and isn't there fault but they were good at giving updates and doing what they could to mediate the issue. I'm am so happy with the quality of work and since I got to be the lead in designing my dream home it felt like a true labor of love with a team that I could trust that could do the job. read more

In December of 2018 we had a house fire and hired Sean and Twenty9 to put our home together. Our family had to move out of our house and the for an unspecified period of time until it was ready. During that period the entire house and every single content was unpacked and taken out. Sean and his team worked diligently and directly with our insurance company to detail work and actual cost versus the insurance company estimates and built cases for additional funds Sean and his crew led by Alfred did a remarkable and even heroic job in getting us back in our house in 5 months. During that period we had to redo virtually every room in the house. Sean and his crew were at the house every single day with an agenda and outline. They were organized, always accessible, always returned calls and texts, and picked up the phone. They were attentive to our needs, the workers paid close attention to detail and the work was excellent. The work consisted of new hardwood floors, painting, crown molding, drywall, new fireplace, we had them build out a huge storage room into an office, we had our master bathroom redone, new lighting throughout the house, new hardwood stairs installed upstairs, renovated kitchen and much more. Sean and his team are amazing. Twenty9, Inc. recently remodeled three bathrooms in our 1940 fixer-upper home. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. Every effort was made to do things right the first time and stay on budget. At the beginning of the project, we were given a detailed estimate so we knew exactly what was included within the scope of the project. Having done so much work on older homes like ours, the estimate was shockingly accurate. Our only overages were completely my fault...I just couldn't resist the marble counter tops:) Sean was incredibly helpful in making our selections and used his buying power and influence with vendors to get us the best possible pricing. Before demolition, Sean met with his crew in my home and recorded a video in English and Spanish reviewing every detail of the project in order to prevent mistakes. Both Sean and the project manager, Ken, were always reachable and often physically checking on the progress of our project. I actually loved having the crew in the house. This go around we chose Twenty9 to redo our master bedroom, master bathroom. Sean, the owner, was more than accommodating before, during and after the job was completed. Sean and his team were recommended by a trusted real estate friend who had used him before for a bathroom renovation and were pleased with the results. We were looking to renovate 2.5 baths and have all new copper supply lines for water installed in the house to replace old galvanized plumbing. We contacted Sean and had him come out to bid and we immediately felt comfortable with him and liked him. One selling point for us was Sean's quote process; it is very detailed including line item pricing details of what is included and what is not included. With other contractor's quotes, we got a final price which left me thinking 'what exactly am I getting?'. Not with Sean. We knew there might be some changes or overages that may come but I was much more comfortable with Sean's estimates than the other contractors. The craftsman Sean sent in were very detailed and the finish quality of the work was great. The workers always made sure each morning that we were happy with the results from the day before. As with any construction project, there were items that came up that needed extra attention but Sean stands behind his company's work and was always responsive and willing to send someone out to take a look. There were also delays which were the fault of some of the suppliers and the inspector - not the fault of Sean. When I read a review what I want to know is 'would you use them again?' The answer to that question is yes - we are very happy with the work that was completed. We were first time renovators and were unsure of what to expect - we feel we are more prepared after this project of what to expect and what to ask for - Sean was very understanding throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had. read more
