We had a master bath remodel completed by Al and his team. We had several estimates and from the beginning Al was most thorough, answered questions from the first visit, and quickly earned credibility. Al and his team paid attention to every detail, they were always courteous, and kept a clean job site. Al also provided updates on progress, and always made a point to discuss options during the demo and construction process. In the end, this is by far the best builder experience we've ever had. After having Al and his team do our floors and paint our basement, we happily had them back to do a remodel of our kitchen. The remodel included removal of a built-in desk, new countertops, new floors, a new backsplash and a new sink and faucet. As expected, Al was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process and even accompanied us to a tile store to pick out floor and backsplash tiles. It was a huge help because my husband and I know nothing about kitchen materials, so his recommendations were really appreciated. The whole job took about 10 days and everything went as smoothly as expected. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and have gotten tons of compliments on it already. A to Z was probably the best experience I have ever had working with a contractor, and they really delivered high value for the price. They installed a new bathroom in our basement, remodeled a weird space to create a new office space in our basement, and redid an aging bathroom upstairs. The communication was clear and professional, the craftsmanship was top notch, and they were able to roll with the punches. Change orders (driven by us), were quoted quickly and fairly, and completed easily. The team were lovely people, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Even our dog loved them, and he's a grump! I requested several quotes from Al. He kept telling me he was going to come out for an estimate. I scheduled an estimate with him a few weeks ago and he blew off our appointment. I tired to reschedule and it took awhile but we did. He blew me off again. I took work off both days and never even got a quote. If you are looking for good customer service I suggest going somewhere worse. I am very disappointed. read more

Al helped us renovate two properties before we listed them on the market. The first one was a condo needing some light work prior to listing and we received two offers in the first 2-3 weeks and closed shortly after. The second property was an extensive remodeling project and even with circumstances outside of our control, he was able to complete the project very close to the original timeline. From getting a timely and very detailed quote (which wasn't always the case with others I contacted) all the way through to the on-time and on-budget completion of our project, we were very satisfied and felt he and his team went above and beyond. I was a little apprehensive as we embarked on the adventure of renovating two bathrooms because of all the nightmare stories out there about contractors and because of some potentially significant underlying plumbing issues associated with our project. A to Z Home Pros was recommended on several local boards and we'd like to return the favor by sharing our experience working with them. After much due diligence, we decided to proceed with Al and his team - And we are SO glad we did. Al and his team are the absolute best! They listened to our input throughout the project and helped effectively bring our vision for the two bathrooms to life! Remodeling is never fun, but everything went smoothly and on schedule. As expected, we did have some significant underlying plumbing issues; Al and his team were able to redo our plumbing efficiently and effectively while keeping costs down. All of the guys working on our project were very professional and lovely to have around (unlike many crews that we've worked with in the past). They took extra care to clean up each day and immediately addressed any concerns we had as they popped up. Most notably, Al was on site at our home throughout the entire 4.5 week project - all day, every day. A to Z Home Pros completed a major renovation for one of my units in an apartment building in February. This is the second time I have used them in less than 12 months for a major project, and both times it has been a great experience working with them. They did a lot of work on our condo and did an amazing job, although it is an old house, they managed to make it gorgeous and the first 5 pictures are from our house. A to Z is doing a great job on hanging some big paintings for us just before Thanksgiving. The work is done timely and perfectly. Those paintings make our new house look more beautiful. I am really happy with their work. Will continue using them as my contractors in the future for sure. read more
