I always find a great gift for someone and also a gift for myself. They carry clothing, accessories, home decor and lush bath and body items. My sister has purchased beautiful jewelry and I brought home a purse, scarf, make up bag and body butter. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are always helpful and attentive. Today, 10/30/25, I received a call from one of the managers at Milaegers stating that she had noticed that I had called their store and that my call had gone unanswered. She asked what I was looking for and did I still need to find what I needed. I explained that I had found what I wanted and thanked her for her call. She did not need to call me, but she though enough about their customers that she took the time to follow up on and unanswered call. This is what I call real service and is just another reason I enjoy shopping at Milaegers.

She proceeded to tell me $10 and she would bring in the missing lid with many other pieces she had at home the next day. I paid her money with a promise that I would get my lid and get to shop her new items. I called the next day before I wasted any time and she began to tell me that there was no lid and she only had a teapot. I wasn't interested in the teapot as I stated to her the day prior. I was a little disappointed since she didn't offer to pay me any money back if I stopped back in so I politely declined and chose to never shop there again. We found a table on clearance with nothing wrong with it. They just needed to make space for new inventory. We were seriously at the right place at the right time because the table is perfect and the prices not only for the table, but in the entire stores were shockingly fair and low. We were able to make our purchase quickly, leave and returned the next day (by our choice) to pick up the table. We could have taken it home with us same day but I needed to make room in the vehicle. They disassembled it immediately and loaded it right up for us upon arrival. Incredible customer service! We will totally shop here again. This is how all customer service interactions should be in my opinion.
