She asked what I was looking for and did I still need to find what I needed. I explained that I had found what I wanted and thanked her for her call. She did not need to call me, but she though enough about their customers that she took the time to follow up on and unanswered call. However, I would not recommend buying appliances there. The delivery and installation workers leave much to be desired. Some time back we bought a stove and refrigerator for an income property. Stoves now come with mandatory anti-tip brackets that attach to the wall behind the stove and then to the stove itself. The deliverymen carried the appliances in, plugged them in, and were ready to leave. My husband asked about leveling the appliances and they balked at it. He had to bully them into going to out their truck and get their level and come back and level them. After they left, we found the anti-tip bracket inside the oven. I sent an email to the store manager about it and he assured me they were looking for new delivery people (who knows), but then told me it was not their responsibility to install the anti-tip bracket, but rather, it was the homeowner's! Guess who we have not been buying appliances from since then...

I was a little disappointed since she didn't offer to pay me any money back if I stopped back in so I politely declined and chose to never shop there again. Since the case cracked it was considered an accident so it was covered by goof proof. BUT after 22 emails and 8 pictures, I video call, I was told their service department needed to order a part. Someone suggested I look on EBay or Amazon and BINGO, I got the part in one day for $79 From Amazon. I wrote one last email to Guardian, and I told them to cancel their so called search and this should not go towards the one repair per item rule, since I did the work. I do not recommend Bobs because they were not any help to me, the customer, and please stay away from their "goof proof" guarantee. Buying a chair should not be that much work.
