Yeah I know...why did I come in here? I came in here because I was in the shopping center. The merchandise here is on the older side...think a Chico's customer. They also carried quite a few designer bags which were priced on the pricey side for used bags. There is a bargain room in the back. I picked up a bag marked down from $89.00 to $40.00. I almost bought it but no...I don't need any more bags at the moment so I put it back. Nobody said "hello" to me but that's fine, they seemed to be busy. I had to flag down a girl because I picked up the price tag on a Jimmy Choo bag to look at it and it came off in my hands. I could have just thrown it on the ground a walked away but no, I'm not that kind of a girl. A sales lady was helping another customer while I was there and she was really giving this lady a "hard sell". She kept pulling stuff out of a room where the "new" stuff is that had just come in. She was showing it to the customer and the customer told her like 8-10 times "No, not my style". Geesh lady, get the hint and stop showing her crap she has already told you is not her style. read more

Came in on my Birthday looking for Designer shoes or a new bag because my husband was going to treat me for my special day. Shopped here for many years and bought bags, shoes you name it and was excited to see what I could find. Not one of the 4 or 5 girls working that day acknowledged me. (I was only one of two customers in the store) I said Hi! as I walked in and one of them said hi back but that was it the entire time I walked the store. I was super disappointed. Every time Shannon the owner is there I get great service, when she isn't its subpar at best. I just felt like I got a cold shoulder while there and felt uncomfortable and left empty handed. Maybe my expectations were too high after reading so many positive reviews of this store, but I didn't find it very good at all. The clothes were mostly boring styles and priced too high for secondhand, and the dressing room they gave me felt insecure. People were talking and walking right in front of the louvered door, and I didn't finish trying things on because I felt so uncomfortable. I've had better experiences shopping in actual thrift stores for bargains. I will agree that the selection of handbags is nice, although again the prices are just a bit too much. You could buy a purse someplace like Marshall's for a similar cost, and it would still technically be new. read more

If you had asked me to review this 10 yrs ago, it would have been 4-5 stars. The clothes then were often near new (less than a year old and barely worn) and the asking price was fair. I could get designer tops at a steal and couldn't decide what I wanted because there were more than a few. The shoes tended to be near new, but not always, but once again affordable. The staff was relatively nice and helpful. Just a smidge snobby and not all the time. Fast forward to the past year or two.... I walk in the past couple years and I don't see much of anything that's really stylish, chic, or unique. I may find one or two things I like but they are overpriced for their quality. What a shame because I really used to like this shop. Oh...one more thing. Whoever said the staff were snobby was right. Snobby is something no one has to be ever, but especially here. read more

I've been coming here for a few years and found that the employees are very kind and helpful. Its the patrons that aren't. Seriously, I have never heard more vapid, shallow conversations outside of my hair salon than here. Yes, we get it. You married well and that vintage Pucci looks great against your taught, tanned implants. The prices can be a little steep for some items, you could likely go on ebay and find the same item for less. But they really inspect items thoroughly and have a great selection of labels. From cute Anthropologie tops to vintage Chanel suite, you won't be disappointed. I think they have a pretty stellar shoe selection, as well as a sale room offering things you would actually wear. read more

I've only had good experiences here. It's a consignment store people, don't expect to shop like you are in Nordstrom's! My first experience was with selling some boots from my closet. I sold an old but hardly worn pair of Guess boots. I think they sold them for $40, and what I got out of it was $17, not much, but more than I would get trying to sell them on ebay or a garage sale. The second pair were Taryn Rose boots. I was surprised they were not able to sell them, but were very kind in pulling them from the shelves before they clearanced them, and calling me to pick them up. I believe I told them I didn't want to sell them for less than a certain amount. Most recently I returned to look for some jeans. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had in my size. I guess all the skinny folks in the OC are broke, myself included. One lady working there even asked what my size was because she had a pair on the rack that had just come in and wanted me to see! I snatched a pair of J Brand jeans, that fit perfectly, for $50. Some people might think this is a bit high for used, but they were in great condition. Saved me about $150 off retail. I will definitely return to sell some of my jeans as well! By the way, the staff greeted me when I came in, and have always been very kind and pleasant! read more

Easily the best consignment store I've shopped. Brands range from bebe/BCBG/Free People-level all the way to Marc Jacobs, Chanel, Dior, Prada, Gucci, and Jimmy Choo. Items are priced accordingly... you're not going to score much of anything dirt cheap, but you'll always pay well below retail. This store's clientele (buyers and sellers) isn't the same hipster crowd you see at most vintage or consignment shops. Not that this is a good thing or a bad thing... my point is just that you're not going to find many 80's or rocker or rockabilly-inspired items. Most of the stuff here you could find yourself wearing to work or for a high-end night out. Speaking of which, if you're looking for a dress to wear to a cocktail party, wedding, or other special event, this is a great place to find something unique and quality for a reasonable price. There's no "vintage" here- everything's pretty up-to-date. One weird thing is that every time I'm in here, I feel like I'm the only person who doesn't know everyone else. The ladies working here (owners?) are always the same, and they seem to know all the shoppers. I think a lot of the stuff that comes in gets put on hold for the regulars... just something I picked up on by hearing all their conversations every time I go in (it's not a very big store). They do come across as a little snooty, always talking about their purchases and travels and evenings out, but they've always been polite and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their merchandise and brands in general. P.S. Guys are SOL here. They only carry women's merchandise. read more

I do wish some of their items would be not so expensive but that's why I come mainly during the last weekend of every month where they have their 50% off sale on items that have been sitting for a long time. Another great find at my favorite consignment store. What looks like brand new Gucci mules that after looking up are 1800.00 new. I paid 300.00 and they look brand new. Also found Rebecca Taylor jacket on the sale rack for 20.00. Love this store and it's fun because you can literally go every day (I go about once a week) and you will find new things. read more

I've walked out empty handed a good number of times, but it's literally one of those stores that you have to visit every week or every other week (since they're always picking up new things every day). I really like going to Twice the Style, I would give it a 5 star, but unfortunately I feel it is still a little pricey on certain items. I definitely hit up the clearance section first before anything else! I really feel like Twice the Style is the perfect place to find a designer piece that you are willing to still drop some money on (not retail price, but still a good amount of money on). The ladies that work there are so amazing and so helpful with things, it makes me really appreciate it more know how nice they are! This is definitely the place to find some amazing pieces to add to your wardrobe! It is very well organized and they have a restroom.. Some really great items at prices much lower than retail. My only concern is that there seem to be some authenticity questions with some of the items they are carrying (specifically, questionable authenticity of a lot of their Louboutin heels which do not seem to "jive" with those in my collection which have been purchased from the Louboutin store, Saks, and Barneys). As a result, this makes me also question the authenticity of some of the other big ticket items the store has. You will find a surprisingly large amount of NWT clothing here- and that stuff can be a real steal. read more

Had my first experience in the store today and brought a bunch of designer items after cleaning out my closet. Originally from Arizona, so very familiar with my sisters closet which is bigger out there. I was looking for something like that here, found this place and feel like it's way better! It's a small boutique that it has clean and all very up-to-date in hi hat high-end items. The best part is is that the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and clearly explains how the consignment process works. I even brought in diamond Michelle watches and I appreciated that they took the time to discuss with me of selling price that we would both be comfortable with. It's super unfortunate that I have to write this review because I actually thought that the girls were pretty nice and the store was decent it's the lack of customer service that really gets on my nerves. I came in over two weeks ago with over 10 top designer items belts purses shoes etc. and I was told the girls would itemize each thing and send me a list with prices within the hour........ and that was over two weeks ago I've called them on the phone where one gal apologized and said they spelled my name wrong so I let that one slide and then I called back again three days ago to follow up and again they had an excuse and they made a mistake and then again when I got back from vacation yesterday I called and they still have not got their shit together I called them again one last time this morning but because they are already closed I am I'm going to pick up everything tomorrow when they open so much disrespect they don't call back horrible customer service there are so many other places who would treat me so much better and I will take my business there. It's a shame the reason I gave two stars instead of one is because they do occasionally have cute stuff and the women are nice to you if they think you have money LOL but my point is if I can't even get a call back or they can't even send a simple email what does that tell you? I have to agree that the "help" is not helpful, but I like to be anonymous when I shop. I like the store, but it confuses me. While my daughters, ages 18 and 21, think it is too "old" there, the sizes are too small for most women my age. I guess that means skinny cougars do best here. However, I have found special items I love here for me. (And believe it or not, so have my girls.) It is a bit disconcerting that I have shopped here for YEARS and the workers and owner do not know me! I notice they are anxious to grab your stuff and get you "started on a fitting room." The good? I have a few outfits I purchased there that are beautiful. People stop me and comment. I will still shop there because of the occasional great find. read more

It seems like a lot of the clothes are very small sizes, but it's hard to control that when you're reselling individual pieces. Have sold high end purses here before. A couple of the ladies are very snooty have no idea why...they are working at a second hand store. I have brought clothes in as well never took any most of them were brand new Hudson jeans! They barley looked at them and said they weren't interested which made no sense knowing they had jeans on the racks that were not as good brands and much more used. While I was in the store today, one of the sales lady was screaming about reviews she had read about the store here on Yelp. You could hear her from across the floor saying "How could anyone say that we're rude. That's ridiculous!" She went on for a good 15 minutes. During this time she ignored customers. Why shop in a cosignment store if you are not going to find something that you are excited about. Just because something is a steal doesn't mean it is a great find. There was no greeting. I am always looking for jeans and the jeans here are more expensive then the same ones at dee lux. The sales associates aren't friendly and when I say that I mean they dont even say hello or acknowledge my presence. Its sad. Maybe if I was buying the Gucci bag on the wall they'd look my way . I have found other stores with gently used designer clothes with sales associates that acknowledge my exzistence, and have cheaper (yet the same iteams as this place)so I will not go back here ever. The clientele is more of the "housewives of orange county" type. no vintage, mostly all designer but not necessarily updated. the prices are pretty high, and the designer jean selection is mostly old-style jeans like bell bottoms, flares, etc. they have some nice bags and shoes but the prices are not worth it. maybe I went on a bad day? definitely not the store for hipsters, but the mid-age/older women crowd. read more

I found out about this place a few days ago and was so excited to go check it out. They had a pretty good selection and some great designer finds. However, the sales people were RUDE! I'm not a shabby looking person. I love and appreciate designer clothes which should have been fairly obvious to the ladies working there as I was carrying a Chanel bag and wearing Chanel shoes. Now, I've worked in retail and I know that when a girl who obviously likes to shop and obviously spends money while doing it walks in the door you try to be as welcoming and helpful as possible. The women working there did not say ONE word to me the entire time I was in there! Come on ladies! It's not that hard, show your customers a little appreciation! I went to this store based on some really great sounding reviews. I honestly couldn't believe anyone would shop here. A used, lime green scarf for $175!? A used pair of clunky earrings for $58!? This store defeats the purpose of used clothing on SO many levels. It's not cute stuff, it's more expensive than what I'd be willing to pay new (at those prices I didn't stop to look at the name brands) and I can't even look for an item in a different size!
