Then came the roof leak -- water coming through the ceiling. I submitted a request, waited patiently... and waited some more. Two months later? Still no action, not even an update. I also asked for parking approval for my work truck -- silence. Requested a copy of the HOA's insurance -- silence again. Communication apparently isn't their strong suit. Friends warned me about how terrible this HOA was, but I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. Now I can confirm -- they were absolutely right. Unresponsive, disorganized, and impossible to deal with.
