The staff working tried to sell me an entire sheet set when I only wanted a single sheet to replace one that's worn out. I told them this, but they continued trying to sell me an entire sheet set and stated that B&B doesn't sell individual sheets. I told them that B&B does sell individual sheets online which they then changed their story and told me that's true. They then said they didn't carry the flat sheet in store and that I would have to order it. No offer to order it for me or assist me in any way. B&B offers great bedding, but this store is pointless if it doesn't carry full stock and I have to order online by myself any way. Do yourself a favor and just order online and save the drive unless you want mediocre customer service and upselling.
