First, let me say, of any video game store that I have been in in the past couple of years, this staff truly seems to care about customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated very nicely. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was looking for a video game for my husband as a gift, but didnt have a specific one in mind. They assisted me in finding something that he would truly love and I ended up coming home with a game that I had never heard of. It ended up being one of the games that he had been wanting for years. I went back months later, this time with my husband in tow. We were greeted and treated very kindly this time as well. All questions were answered and the staff and my husband engaged in a lively conversation. I found a beautiful piece of natural aquamarine with black tourmaline running through it from Namibia - it's stunning and was so excited to add it to my collection. The owner was lovely! Such a kind man who spent lots of time with us explaining about the different minerals and fossils and where they were found.
