I'm updating this review since corporate Warner's Stellian reached out to us right after our Google…read morereview and had a replacement washer delivered a couple of days later. So nice to see they follow up. We were pleasantly surprised. Some of this however could have been avoided if their Bass Lake store manager would have listened the first time. We are not unreasonable people and just wanted help reaching out to Frigidaire. After all is said and done it's only fair to update our review to reflect their exemplary efforts to make it right. Thank you...

Read the service and warranty reviews before you buy from them - they do not stand behind their…read moreservice work. Called them about an upper oven (in a double oven we bought from them 6 years ago) tripping the breaker during a preheat cycle. Paid a $149 "diagnostic" fee, in addition to $199 labor and $91 for a broil element, even though the technican couldn't definitively say that was the problem. The lower oven and burners worked fine - so definitely a problem in the oven and not with our electrical service. Roughly 65 days later the same problem - breakers tripped by preheating the upper oven to 250 degrees. Lower oven and burners working fine. Called Warners' Stellian and was told because they only warranty diagnostics for 30 days, we would have to pay another $149 diagnostic fee. Since it's very unlikely that the part we paid for was really the source of the problem, we paid for a part and labor we didn't need. And of course, we would have to pay for labor and parts for any subsquent repair they made that wasn't a replacement of the part of the part they just replaced - along with the additional diagnostic fee. The 30-day diagnostic warranty is "their policy", meaning even if we misdiagnosed the problem, if you call us beyond 30 days, you'll pay for everything again. Thought they'd be better than a big box store - they're worse. Their inventory selection and sales may be great - but you'll regret buying from them down the road.

I'd booked with a different company, who texted at the last minute that they weren't going to be there on time. Not getting a new time, I reached out again to those who had responded. Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick, inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I know who to call when the need arises again.

The team at Metro Heating and Cooling was able to bring someone over to diagnose the issue, then bring a team over and complete the install of a new furnace within one day, working until after 7 pm because they said they were not going to leave us without heat for a night. We are extremely grateful to their team and will definitely be going back to them for any future work we need!

Awful experience with DEANS…read more -------I do NOT recommend DEANS --------------- I usually give 5 star reviews, but I couldn't wait to tell people about DEANS poor service----------- The plumber (Colin) could NOT clear (he did get it to drain somewhat) my floor drain (drain from washer, and under kitchen, on the basement floor). Colin tried to up-sale me on several different treatments/options, all of which seemed unneeded to me. Felt like a canned sales pitch. He tried to get me to get the kitchen drain cleared - completely unneeded - the kitchen drain drains fast and complete, AND it's SUPER EASY for a DIYer, like myself, to clear out - I've NEVER had a problem with my kitchen drain, been in my house for over 20 years. Colin did manage to get the basement drain to flow a little, but water backed up when using the clothes washer/draining kitchen sink, etc. Dean's outfit charged me $430 to "poke a hole" in the sludge buildup in my drain. ENTER RON the Sewer RAT - absolute HEROS. I simply told Jon, their plumber, to clear my same floor drain. I didn't tell him about Dean's until it was all done. Jon cleared the drain in one hour. Flows great. Jon did NOT try to upsale me on ANYTHING. Jon said it was good to go. RON the Sewer RAT only charged me $237. Yep. On the invoice, Jon simply stated there we sludge buildup. Nothing special. Common router end used "double 1.5 inch blade" RON THE SEWER RAT scheduled a visit the NEXT DAY, was SUPER PROFESSIONAL, FAST WITH THE FIX, took the time to explain everything. DEAN'S did give me a discount refund to lower their charge to $237, BUT IT SHOULD BE $0 since they could clear the drain with a simple tool like Jon from RON the Sewer Rat used.
