    I had a wonderful experience with Warner Stellian recently. I had done all of my searching and homework online. Then I went around price shopping in store. I checked out Best Buy, Lowe's, Menards, Sears, all the nearby locations. I didn't realize they had such a convenient location to my house. I was pleasantly surprised there! My friend had mentioned that after all the add in fees they would be the lowest. So I double checked ...Asking at each spot what the final price would be. Low and behold my friend was correct. WS was $50-100 cheaper than all the others. Mainly because hauling away my old dishwasher did not incur additional charges with them. Hooray! Definitely double check yourself in case there are different rules for other appliances though. The installation was super slick. They called to tell me the day and time frame. The day before I got a text confirming. The day of the installer called me about 15 minutes before he was going to arrive. That's great service! He was nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. Installed and removed the old one really quickly without having to move furniture or disrupting much at all. He even answered a few of my initial questions and confirmed I should call with any other questions or concerns. So far super happy with the whole process!

    Finally got the furniture we ordered. After two beds were delivered broken, Bob's sent out a repair…read moreperson 10 days after the initial delivery. All they could do is confirm that the two beds were not fixable. Uh, yes, your delivery assembly team told you that already. I thought they were coming out with new parts to fix the two beds. Nope. Next they promised to send new beds the following week. Following week, the King replacement worked, but the new Queen bed that was delivered was also unable to be assembled. I told the rep on the phone that I wanted all of it returned and my money refunded because I'm concerned about how long this furniture will last if it can't even get delivered without being broken. He offered a small refund of a portion of our bill and promised to assemble the next bed ahead of time to ensure no issues. The following week, the bed was once again not working, and had obvioisly not been assembled before delivery as promised. This time my husband who is an aviation engineer and DIY handyman around the house helped troubleshoot the assembly and managed to get the drawers installed and working (for now). We had guests coming the next day so weren't able to restart the furniture search. I'm just grateful my husband was able to troubleshoot the furniture. We will not ever shop at Bob's again. The 2 stars is because their delivery teams, their repair person, their salesperson at the store and their customer service teams were all extremely nice. Bob's just doesn't make good furniture. That's a problem. Three Queen deliveries and 3 were unrepairable or needing to be repaired. Unacceptable.

    I purchased the Halafax table, six chairs and a protective pad in early October. When I order this…read moreset I was told that I would have the protective pad before Thanksgiving. I did receive a pad, but unfortunately the pad that was ordered was not the correct measurements for the table. I was left the day before Thanksgiving with no table pad. I was told by Carlie (the sales person I was dealing with at the store) that she would place the order for the new pad first thing on the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. She apologized for the mistake and informed me that she would be in contact once she spoke with her manager. She was going to see if she could compensate me for the mistake. I never heard back! I called the store numerous times and every time I called I was told that Carlie was with a customer. Well, what about me? What about this customer? After a few tries I did finally receive a call back from Carlie. I was told that I could have a 10% discount. This works out to be a little over $13. That is fine. I took the kind gesture and explained to her that I NEED this pad by Christmas. She knew this because when I purchased the table I told her that I need everything by Christmas as I have family traveling into Minnesota from the East Coast. (All of this happened towards the end of November) Now, yesterday December 10, 2009 I call and check in on the table pad. I did get through! Shocker! Tom the manager answers. He tells me he will put Carlie on the phone. I waited on hold for about 10 minutes. Carlie picks up by chance. She stated that she didn't even know I was waiting to speak with her. I told her that I was checking in on the table pad to make sure I will get it before Christmas. She tells me that the arrival date would be early January. I purchased everything in early October and as the customer it is not my fault that the wrong pad was ordered!!!! Seriously! She goes on to tell me that she will try and have it expedited and she will "Definitely" call me tomorrow with an update. It is now tomorrow and I did not receive a call. I called the store at 7pm and Tom the store manger answers. I ask for Carlie and he states that she isn't working today and won't be in until next Wednesday. Funny, she told me she would "definitely" call me today. I go through the whole story with him seemed to not care! He told me that he can't do anything. I asked him if he could find out about the pad. To this he says, "I can find out next Wednesday when Carlie is in." I went on to tell him that this is unacceptable and that he was the store manager. I told him that I need him to do something. I mean I made about 7-10 phone calls to this particular store. I really needed him to come through with something. He told me, "I can't do anything and that he sees that the order was placed a few days after Thanksgiving." I got angry at this point!!! I was told the order would go out the Friday after Thanksgiving. I had him remove the pad from my credit card. The whole reason I made the entire purchase was so I would have everything for Christmas!!! If I can't have the pad by then, why buy it? This whole situation is unfortunate because I do love my table. (Sorry for any spelling or grammar errors. I am angry) I'll keep you posted on any updates. I sent a letter to the cooperate offices. 12/12/09- Update: I received an email from customer report. Dear Stephanie, I am very sorry for your inconvenience; I am forwarding your email onto the Maple Grove store so we can ensure this situation does not happen again. The floor model looked perfect, and we were told our brand-new pieces would come directly from their warehouse. Delivery was on time, but when the furniture arrived we immediately noticed problems. The couch and loveseat had clear vertical stress marks where the leather was loose and wrinkled, and one piece had a crushed power box cord. The delivery driver bent the metal back into place, but the power box itself remained cracked. I called the same day and asked that the damaged pieces be picked up and replaced with new ones since we purchased brand-new furniture. Instead of replacing them, the store said the extended warranty would handle the issue and sent out a technician. The technician arrived with a large trash bag of pillows, cut one open, and began stuffing my brand-new furniture with pillow filling in an attempt to tighten the leather. The stress marks were still visible when he finished. When I pointed this out, he said that was the best they could do and that the marks "should go away." He did replace the power box. They did not go away. When I contacted Furniture Mart again, I was told there was nothing more they could do. We purchased new furniture and an extended warranty expecting quality and support if there was a problem. Instead, we received damaged pieces and a "repair" that involved stuffing pillow fill into brand-new furniture. Well it's time to buy a split king adjustable bed frame and mattress. Not sure where we will purchase it but it will not be at Furniture Mart or their affiliates. I am happy to update this review if Furniture Mart takes ownership and resolves the issue.

This lady told us in the most sarcastic voice " Well you better run and go to that other store because you won't get that price here with us!" We ignored it and chalked it up to her having a bad day or something and decided to leave since we were feeling irritated at this point but again she follows my husband and I as we're exiting and proceeds to tell us once more in a sarcastic tone "Run, Run! hurry and go to that other store because you won't find that price here". That was completely unnecessary!!!! She was practically kicking us out of the store! This was not the first time we came here. We had visited 2 weeks prior and we were taken aback by how rude and condescending she was but again us being nice, thought she had a bad day or something. Definitly will not visit this place again unless that lady is gone and I WILL tell all friends and family not to visit this store when that lady is there!! Calling Customer Service: OMG, calling them is a major pain in the... I am an advocate for good customer service and I cannot say that it occurred on either of my calls with them. I immediately asked for a supervisor, I asked for one 3 TIMES and she still continued as if I said nothing. The best part of this call to have my replacement handled? Was when she told me she was going to send two of the same item and I "may not" have to pay for it. This bed is under warranty are you kidding? Then she tried to tell me that it was 3 weeks out! Who wants to horrible sleep for three weeks? Not me, I said that was unacceptable and some how she found a slot within a week. She is ended the call with, "if your product doesn't arrive on time, you will need to call us back to reschedule." Are you kidding me?? The second time I had to speak to a rep, she misunderstood what I said and then tried to tell me what I said.. UGH! The worst! I'm not sure where they find these people, but please try again! Delivery: The new item arrived on time and the delivery guys were nice and fast! The delivery guy actually discovered that the cover was ripped and immediately ordered a new one and scheduled the delivery. (My second call, but she called me to confirm) Oh, and the wonderful thing about these beds that raise? You need to purchase sheets from Sleep Number as they accommodate the rising and lowering.. MAJOR draw back as these sheets are spendy!! Now, have to replace at least 7 sets that I already have because they constantly pop off!! So, consider the cost! (Thousands outside of the sheets!) I can whole heartedly say this will be the last time purchasing a sleep number, service alone is a turn off for me.

February 5th I reported to the company by phone that the mattress was faulty - it was not holding its shape. The mattress is under warranty and they agreed to "change the cover of the mattress" but I was told by the customer service representative that the same thing would happen if I chose this option. The second option they gave me was to replace the bed with a less expensive bed with less features- ours has a split base and they would replace it with a solid base. These options are unacceptable since we would either be stuck with a bed that is going to lose its shape or a bed that is less expensive and with less features than we purchased. I was told I was talking to a supervisor and there was no one further in the company I could work with. They are not willing to make us whole and the customer service is horrible.
