I'm updating this review since corporate Warner's Stellian reached out to us right after our Google review and had a replacement washer delivered a couple of days later. So nice to see they follow up. We were pleasantly surprised. Some of this however could have been avoided if their Bass Lake store manager would have listened the first time. Read the service and warranty reviews before you buy from them - they do not stand behind their service work. Called them about an upper oven (in a double oven we bought from them 6 years ago) tripping the breaker during a preheat cycle. Paid a $149 "diagnostic" fee, in addition to $199 labor and $91 for a broil element, even though the technican couldn't definitively say that was the problem. The lower oven and burners worked fine - so definitely a problem in the oven and not with our electrical service. Roughly 65 days later the same problem - breakers tripped by preheating the upper oven to 250 degrees. Lower oven and burners working fine. Called Warners' Stellian and was told because they only warranty diagnostics for 30 days, we would have to pay another $149 diagnostic fee. Since it's very unlikely that the part we paid for was really the source of the problem, we paid for a part and labor we didn't need. And of course, we would have to pay for labor and parts for any subsquent repair they made that wasn't a replacement of the part of the part they just replaced - along with the additional diagnostic fee. The 30-day diagnostic warranty is "their policy", meaning even if we misdiagnosed the problem, if you call us beyond 30 days, you'll pay for everything again. Thought they'd be better than a big box store - they're worse. Their inventory selection and sales may be great - but you'll regret buying from them down the road. read more

My first Warners' Stellian Appliance purchase ever. It was smooth enough. I already knew the exact make/model I wanted, so called in advance. There are several locations and an outlet store metro area. This was the only irritating and confusing part - Warners' Stellian inventory management and phone operator system would transfer each call between locations, and often it was unclear which location was being referred to. I suppose this only mattered because we were especially interested in open box / floor display units. It also felt like salespersons likely worked on commission and I received some mixed messages about which units were available at which locations, and about the extent of cosmetic damage on various floor models. Anyway, once we tracked the exact item to the Maple Grove location, the purchase/pickup were very smooth. In and out in 20 minutes, and they helped wrap and load the dishwasher from the back of the store into my car. We purchased an installation kit and hardwiring kit. We declined haulaway and delivery/installation. We also declined the in-store coverage subscription - although if you opt for the 5-year level, half of the cost gets applied to future purchases if you don't end up using the service or making a claim. They offered 90 days if we change our mind, to add this on. It was easy enough to install with the OEM kits. But our unit was missing a toe panel cover. Annoyingly, this specific mostly cosmetic piece costs about $70 online. EDIT: Even more annoyingly, it turns out we received some mismatched user manuals. Had I known my actual dishwasher unit/model would NOT have a 30-minute "Express Cycle" as advertised, instead only having 2hr+ programs, I would have gotten a different model. read more

When I bought a washer, I didn't get a receipt. I had to call the Maple Grove store 20 times before they decided to send it.

13 trips. I renovated a kitchen ahead of selling a house, and as part of that we had to replace the fridge, range, and dishwasher and install a range hood. Between WS, the electrician, and the plumber, it took 13 trips before they finally got the job done. 10 of those were avoidable. If you're hiring them for installation, keep in mind that anything short of taking the appliance from the truck and plugging it in is 50/50 at best. Some of the crews they sent out were on it, but it's a roll of the dice who you get. Do not expect to rely on their expertise to guide you; they do not care. They will expect you to know as much about installing appliances as they do. Basically, if you think you're getting anything other than a steep price and some glorified movers you may be disappointed. Next time I'll try literally anyone else. read more

Another bad experience with Warner Stellian. We have been loyal customers of WS for the past 15+ years. In 2015, we remodelled our kitched and bought a bunch of appliances with extended 5 year warranties which of course have now expired. I called WS service to have someone come and take a look at the microwave (FOR a FEE) and tell us what the problem was. Gentleman on the line mentioned that they were backed out for a couple of weeks which I was fine with as it was not an emergency. He said that the earliest they could accomodate was Dec 16th. I said that was fine, BUT they could not put me on the schedule as they were "likely" to be swamped and would rather take care of people with active "ironclad warranties". I said that I was not in any rush and they could come out on Dec 17, 18 or later-I told him anyday would work, but he was not wiling to accomodate even though I was paying for their initial visit. Pathetic.....Their customer service is getting from bad to worse. read more

DO NOT BUY - especially a useless "warranty" ! 2 years ago, we bought a dishwasher, an installation kit with an extension hose and a 5 year extended warranty from Warners' Stellian. July 23, 2024 the dishwasher started erroring with a 'leak' error code. The repair service estimated a 'micro switch' - took a week. Once in, 2 more weeks for repair technician. Then the repair technician said it was not the 'micro switch' so ordered different parts, once in, we had to schedule out 2 more weeks. This same cycle happened 3 times. Now it's late October and Warners' Stellen said that the manufacturer does not cover it and Warners' will not cover it. we have a broken dishwasher and 3 years left on a 5 year warranty. Not BBB accredited and this is our only avenue left for us. read more

Their products arrive in the warehouse in a box, they want $40 to "recycle". That is absolutely ridiculous. This should be standard with their $30 delivery fee. I've checked multiple other places that don't add that on to their delivery fee, so since they aren't hauling away an old appliance, it is just a way for them to make a bunch more money. Keep in mind, if you purchase from them, you can expect them to take payment in full and then have to wait 2 full weeks for the product to be delivered. I used to buy multiple appliances from them, and sadly, had referred friends to them, but no more, their service is poor and I'm surprised they don't add an additional fee for using a credit card. They are great when you go to the store and talk to someone. Once your merchandise is delivered, the customer service ends. We've had a litany of issues with a bad install on the washer causing water to leak all over our house. We also have an issue with the dryer that didn't work right on day one that they keep giving us the run-around on. They are terrible to work with if you have issues post install. I would highly recommend going to another store for your appliance needs. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Warner Stellian recently. I had done all of my searching and homework online. Then I went around price shopping in store. I checked out Best Buy, Lowe's, Menards, Sears, all the nearby locations. I didn't realize they had such a convenient location to my house. I was pleasantly surprised there! My friend had mentioned that after all the add in fees they would be the lowest. So I double checked ...Asking at each spot what the final price would be. Low and behold my friend was correct. WS was $50-100 cheaper than all the others. Mainly because hauling away my old dishwasher did not incur additional charges with them. Hooray! Definitely double check yourself in case there are different rules for other appliances though. The installation was super slick. They called to tell me the day and time frame. The day before I got a text confirming. The day of the installer called me about 15 minutes before he was going to arrive. That's great service! He was nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. Installed and removed the old one really quickly without having to move furniture or disrupting much at all. He even answered a few of my initial questions and confirmed I should call with any other questions or concerns. So far super happy with the whole process! read more

I bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer from the Maple Grove location. I paid extra to have it delivered faster. When it arrived, the dryer was dented and we were offered a 10% discount. A day after we started using the washer, a shirt was sucked into and under the washer plate. It took us 10 minutes to free it and damaged the shirt. When I called about the concern, I was told that it would need to be repaired and the plate replaced (two visits and 10 days later) vs. replacing the machine. Warners' Stellian thinks it is fine to refurbish a brand new machine and thinks I should be happy with that. They could not even repair it themselves, they referred out to a third party. The manager of the service department hung up on me when I expressed my frustration with them and told him how terrible I thought their service was. They were condescending and rude. I will never buy another thing from them and have shared my experience with many people. They did refund my money for expedited delivery. read more

We bought all of our appliances from Warner thinking they were a full-service appliance dealer. Now a few years later they don't have enough man-power to service our Refrigerator or Dryer. Their service is gone. I would NOT suggest buying from Warner. read more

I bought a stove from Warner Stellian. It has a double oven. It came with only one rack which will only fit the bottom oven. I paid in full for this oven. I was told specifically by the sales person to buy Kitchenaid because parts are much easier to get. Even though it was a Higher priced oven, I trusted this young man. One month later, still no racks. Last customer service told me was maybe I should call KirchenAide. Seriously!!!! I did not purchase the stove from KitchenAide. I purchased from Warner Stellian. I chose them instead of a local place who has the same oven for the same price. Now I'm regretting that I didn't chose the local place. read more

I ordered a double wall oven from Warner Stellian and it was installed yesterday. I am beyond impressed with the experience I had with them. The CNN ovens came in a few weeks earlier than expected and the two men who delivered and installed it were amazing. They were friendly and efficient. They even straightened my dishwasher because they saw it needs to be done! I purchased a brand new speed queen washing machine. It was installed on a Friday. We discovered quickly that it wasn't working. When I called customer service, they told me the soonest they could have a tech out was 2 weeks. I asked why, with a brand new appliance, they couldn't have it be a priority service and they told me that wasn't possible. If my appliance was older, I would completely understand the wait. But with a brand new washing machine, they didn't feel it necessary to get a tech out quickly to get my brand new machine working. The tech that came out was great and had my machine working in about 5 minutes. I waited 3 1/2 weeks from the time of purchase to be able to use my machine. read more

This is a real team, we have purchased from WS in MG in the past and it's always been effortless. Bill has got great knowledge, been there for many years, and even when Bill was gone we got help by his colleagues and honestly being that they're all salesman it felt so easy with the help from each other. There was never any feelings of fighting over the sale from the sales department. A real quality in team assistance. Quite honestly we were trying to save a measly hundred dollars or so (11%) buying at a big box store, even realizing that there special orders, this was a mistake as it took way past their expected due date, we after two months I had to cancel the order with the big box store, (all for the wife to stop hand washing) when we could've just got it the next day from Warner Stellian. Please don't waste your time with an order taker and being frugal. This purchase was on a dishwasher and every question was always answered 100%. If the DMV sold dishwashers, it'd be Warners' Stellian. Prepare to navigate disconnected departments -- sales, service, parts, delivery -- that share a total indifference to the customer. There's no urgency or advocacy or problem solving anywhere in the organization. Just a lot of "your call is very important to us," and "due to the pandemic . . .". We waited seven months for a $7500 refrigerator that never came, ended up buying the floor model, paying $300 for installation, and it arrived with missing parts, misaligned doors and was never turned on by the installers, causing it to cool our food to 62 degrees. The service department is a nightmare. I think their people mean well, but they are in a terribly managed company. read more

I'm revising my review because they are making it right. I'm glad to know Warners Stellian is committed to good service. I had some concerns and they are willing to work with me to make it right. They fixed the door ding on my fridge and made sure my washer and dryer unit worked correctly. They also are addressing some concerns I had about the sales cycle to make sure that customer eduction is on point. The products I purchased are great. Clothes Washer we bought didn't work day one. it took two weeks, 12 phone calls and stopping down at the store to get them to come look at it. They couldn't fix it and just left. I received a flyer in the mail for Memorial Day Savings.I decided to stop in to see what they had to offer for appliances and knowledge. I felt they had a good selection. Bill greeted me and I felt like he had a wide spectrum on the appliances. I went there knowing I didn't want LG or Samsung washer & dryer. They had a wide selection so that was a little nerving, especially when being told that they aren't good... then why sell them?? Other than that I picked out an appliance. They were happy to price match what I found at Home Depot. They also offered free installation and would move the old washer & dryer where we wanted (or would haul away). Very friendly people and nice selection however, once you have talked to a sales person you are locked to them. Every time you call or come in, you must wait for your sales person to be available. One time we waited 45 minutes just to pay for our finalized countertop purchase. Try calling and you will almost certainly get your sales persons voicemail, then let the phone tag begin. It takes me an average of 5 phone calls to get my person. All of your information and history of your in progress purchase is connected to their individual email, and cannot be accessed by any other employees. I have been buying appliances here for many years. Based on their sales pitch I have also purchased their repair contract which is via ironclad home services. Their contract says you will get your diagnosis within 48 hours. My dryer broke down before my trip. They are not open on weekends. So as long as the appliance does not break over the weekend you will be fine. After waiting the weekend they still did not send a repair person for 4 days. The repair person left in 5 minutes telling us that belt was broken. This belt broke for the 2nd time in 3 years on Electrolux dryer. Belt was not in stock and had to be ordered. Once the belt was ordered they told us it will take another 1 week to get an appointment. I asked for an afternoon appointment and they refused. So I have to wait 4 more days to get service. Their contract is worthless. They did not show up in 48 hours and once they did they were off the hook. They did not help us at all by allowing us to get service done in the afternoon. I will never purchase their useless repair contract as it did not help when I needed it the most. read more

Do not buy appliances here. If you need them serviced it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. When our 6 month old (very expensive) range started shooting sparks I tried to schedule an appointment. The online scheduler didn't work, I waited on hold for an hour before getting disconnected, and the texted the service number and was told it would take 72 hours for someone to respond. read more

I purchased 4 new kitchen appliances 2 1/2 weeks ago and received delivery today. I have read the past reviews, which seem to be mixed. Like many others, I went to WS because they're local. I did all of my research online and then headed to the stores. At this point in the year, WS had a greater rebate opportunity than Home Depot or Menard's or Lowes b/c they're an independent appliance dealer. They also had better pricing in the store than what they listed online. Highly recommend going into their store before purchasing. My salesperson was Celeste. She was amazing!! Extremely friendly and accommodating. I pretty much knew what I wanted but she showed me some other options that worked out better. She was able to work up an appliance package deal even though the appliances I purchased weren't advertised as a package. Can't recommend (or thank) her enough! Delivery went smoothly. They were at my home for 2 hours setting up. The crew of 2 were very friendly, no complaints. I'd definitely purchase from WS again and I'll be recommending them as well. Great job! I purchased a Napoleon Grill, when I called to order it they told me there were 14 in stock and the delivery date was 1 week later. The night before the scheduled delivery i was concerned that they had not contacted me. So I called and they told me that the Grill is on back order until further notice. NOT one call to let me know this was on back order. They charged my card, they received there money (so why would they have to call) Poor Poor customer service ! I did get the Grill that was a floor model after talking to the manager which was very rude and talked to me like I was a 2 year old. Asked if I could have the # to his manager and he gave me the # to the service center. Talked to a gentleman there he said he would talk to the manager and have him call me. GUESS what no call. Delivery was late and the delivery crew had to leave for another job in the middle of installing our new fridge and they never came back!!

To continue from my previous post. Warner Stallion never contactef us. We have to contact them. The washer is still not fixed after several months. They want to give us 25 dollar gift card for our troubles. All we want is the washer fixed. They have send out a second repair person who said the first repair person did not fix it properly. We have asked for a new washer since they can't get it fixed. They just want to send out anther repair person. They have spent more in service calls than a new washer would of cost. They have said the contacted the manufacturer and then weeks later stated they have not been in touch with them. This company has no problem taking your money and ripping you off. Avoid them never ever waste your time with them or your money. I would sooner take my chance on an appliance on Craig's list or from a garage sale than deal with Warner Stallion again. We have spent so much extra money at the laundry mat and the time wasted there due to them not being able to get their act together. If there was a zero star rating it would be that. Don't post we will contact you and not follow through Warner Stallion. You have my email and number already but must not be able to use a phone or email because we are still waiting. read more

Our 12 year old dryer quit. My quick fix got us through another 20 loads. Time for new appliances. Warners' Stellian's prices were equal to everyone else in the area. They had the appliances in the color we wanted in stock and had a delivery time available within a few days. The installer came during the snowstorm when schools were closed. No scratches or dents on either machine. He did a prompt job of removal of the old machines, installation and testing of the new machines and had time to share some laundry tips with the new machines. read more

We needed a refrigerator replaced and after shopping the usual appliance places i suggested we stop by our local WS store. Customer service helpful, nice selection of appliances and price ranges - plus because of our proximity to the store delivery and haul away were free. They also moved up our delivery schedule when our refrigerator went from almost not working to completely dead. When our dryer quit a few months later we didn't even shop around but headed straight for WS. read more

Horrible costumer service! The original sales woman was nice, however looking out for her best interest (commission based), trying to upsell instead of trying to help the client (me). We ordered kitchen appliances anyway and was told I could pickup the microwave portion of our order on Monday. I called on Monday and I was told it was not in and wouldn't be for at least two weeks. When I spoke with the office manager her first solution was just return them, so I did (before receiving them). The bottom line is, you go to a small locally owned store over the big box stores because you expect better customer service and a knowledgeable staff that can provide solutions to problems as/if they arise. I suggest Lowes over Warners Stellian, which is to bad as I would rather support a independently locally owned store. FYI, Lowes is cheaper. read more

We purchased a dishwasher here nine months ago and it stopped draining. I called for a service call and was told that they should check with parts before scheduling. It would take the Parts department 72 hours or less to respond. I waited three days and then called back. They had confirmed the parts were available a while before​ but didn't reach out to me to schedule​. I scheduled a repair call but the soonest is 9 nines out. Poor communication and service, I would not recommend this store. Sales are good, but any followup is second-rate by far. We are no without a functioning appliance for more than two weeks. read more

Sales and delivery staff are excellent, but customer service and warehouse staff leave something to be desired. I am now dealing with a third attempt at having a dryer delivered that is not damaged. According to customer service I should be pleased that Warner's Stellian is not charging me for the third attempt at delivering a dryer that is not damaged. If the dryer was delivered as specified in the order the 2nd and 3rd attempt would not be necessary. If you want to be disrespected by their customer service staff take your chances with purchasing an appliance. read more
