The Dispatcher who takes the incoming calls, is very helpful. For those who have had their vehicle towed before, thinks to them self, "What's next?" Then you get a person towing your vehicle in a hurry with an attitude. Bellaire Towing is not like that and will keep you at ease. Their cost is a money saver. My experience with tow trucks in the past has not necessarily been great, even if it has been necessary. These guys are responsive, communicative, and dependable. Other trucks had me waiting for hours, they were there within 30 minutes and had me squared away in 15. I used them twice in the same week, since Allstate didn't have me in good hands. I would recommend them for anyone in Pearland and surrounding area. They're priced well, and they really do work with folks to keep them covered without hurting the wallet more than necessary. He had me approved before I drove all the way over there from Cypress. The terms and payments were exactly what I wanted. And I even got other perks without paying an arm and a leg for them. You know that slimy feeling you get from salesmen at car dealerships? They are out for themselves only and you just feel dirty after leaving. That was the total opposite of this experience. I was in and out in less than 15 min and the price was under $20. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick tire patch performed. It's a hole in the wall type of business so don't expect a waiting room and coffee like these other bigger tire places have.
