Great fun here with a group of teachers that work as a team and obviously enjoy each other and their jobs. I'm afraid of heights, and still had a great time.

Amazing staff! Such raw talent these guys have; so much fun to watch! They're so encouraging and fun!

A little bit about us , we are two gay men who have live in NYC for ten years , we have been to lots of parties , and had high expectations . Here is why we love Maddie Money - Maddy's price is very reasonable even for Minnesota standards- she pretty much paid for herself by saving us thousands of dollars with her long list of A list vendors. From linens , to desserts , to chandeliers. Maddie provided us with the best quality to price ratio. She attended every meeting, every tasting, and served as a liaison if we decided to make changes. Execution- Optimistic and fast, Maddie was sweet as sugar, but don't mistake that for weakness. Maddie has been in the business a long time, she made sure that the vendors were on point, modified timelines, and was prepared for the unexpected. She took the stress away and worked hard to make our wedding a success. Therapist - Maddie was personal and empathetic. She listened to every family drama, annoyance, or groomzilla crises that we went through. Professional yet approachable, Also she would respond to every email and phone call within an hour. Cutting edge As jaded New Yorkers , we had lots of fashion and PR industry patrons attend our reception. Our friends were blown away, by the execution creativity, and visual presentation of our wedding . This was because of Maddie . So in the end she is simply the best , she did exactly what we wanted , anticipated out needs, and kept us calm. If you want to plan a serious wedding that will impress your friends , hire this lady and her amazing team. She's the best in Minnesota and would kill it in NYC.

Could be SO much better…read more Just moved here from out of state recently. My 4-year old son misses his friends, so I wanted to take him to a place where he could play with other kids. I searched online for an inflatables place and was surprised there weren't more of them in the Northeast suburbs. Pump It Up wasn't too far, so we went there. My GPS took us right to the building, but I had to drive around a bit to find Pump It Up. It's in an office building complex and it's at the far end of the building. We went inside and the reception area is nice. They have a vending machine for snacks and before you go in, the parents and kids have to watch a safety video, which is short and helpful so everyone understands the rules. Then we are led to the rooms with the inflatables. The place seems clean, but it's too dark to really tell. I didn't think they were overstaffed today. There was one person at the front desk and two staff in the play area. They seemed attententive. One of them helped a boy find his family (because it was probably too dark in there for him to see). As Eva B. stated in her review, there are two rooms with inflatables and three inflatables in each room. Not a lot of variety. There weren't a lot of kids there, so over-crowding wasn't an issue. Each room is pretty dimly lit (think of a movie theater before the previews start). There are two very uncomfortable benches for parents to sit in each room. One room was pretty warm and the other was cool - they were connected by open doors so the kids could go from room to room. One of the rooms has an air hockey table that appeared to be free, although it was so crowded all the time, we didn't go over there to check it out. The inflatables places I'm used to going have tables for the parents and wi-fi access. They also have snack bars. You won't find those things here, I'm afraid. Some parents were even sitting on the floor because the benches are so uncomfortable. This place only has 4 open play sessions each week for only an hour and a half each. At $6, it seems pretty expensive. Still, we'll probably go back simply because of the lack of options. The staff is friendly and my son had a good time.

The parking was very easy, pulled right up to the door, walked right it (moms with young kids know how nice this is, especially in snow & ice). The staff greeting us warmly, and showed up around, took my son's jacket and gear, and then the birthday present. We sat in a nice waiting area, watched a safety video, and then the kids got started jumping. I felt at ease for an hour chatting with other parents as we watched the kids, it was safe and so much fun for them. It wasn't crowded either. Then we all went into the party room, ate pizza and cake. The staff has the routine down like a well-oiled machine. They gave the kids friendly instructions and got them to participate during each transition, they even wrote down each gift and the gifter for the parents, so the parents could take pictures and watch the birthday girl enjoy. We ended exactly at 3:00 as it said on the invitation said. The airlines could take a few lessons from their staff: friendly, fun and on time. I had so much fun and so did my son that we've decided that it is worth the splurge to have his next party here.

Many people say they are expensive, but for the most part, the prices ride the middle compared to other vendors. I was very happy the day of, everyone was on time, some even stayed late. My pictures were beautiful, my video ended up being above and beyond expectations, and my hair was lovely. The DJ had a few mic issues, but played a great Playlist and kept everyone on the dance floor. I also loved the discount I got for continuing to book with Bellagala. It is a bit tricky to get to. They are located above the Bulldog restaurant so if you aren't familiar with the city, it's tricky. You either need to parallel park by the meters.or park in the ramp, and then find the super inconspicuous elevator to take you up to Bellagala. But if you are local, or feeling confident, I'm sure you could find it without an issue. Very professional staff. They are dressed professionaly, offered us tea and water, and they took notes the whole meeting. Very impressed and will recommend to everyone.

We hired Bellagala for day-of wedding coordination because we wanted to spend our wedding focused…read moreon each other and our guests, not managing logistics. Unfortunately, our coordinator became one of the biggest sources of stress that day. Leading up to the wedding, communication often felt reactive. We found ourselves repeatedly following up, initiating planning discussions, and driving decisions. While our coordinator was friendly, she never gave us confidence that the details were truly under control. On the wedding day, that lack of preparation became apparent. Multiple family members had to step in and perform responsibilities we had hired a coordinator to handle. At one point, our coordinator insisted our reception ended at 10:00 p.m., despite our contract reserving the venue until 11:00 p.m. Even after being corrected once, she later began directing family members and guests to clean up an hour early, causing part of our reception to end prematurely. Family members had to correct her a second time. What has been most disappointing is the lasting impact. Every conversation I've had about our wedding since then has included someone asking, "What was happening with your coordinator?" or commenting on how overwhelmed and unprofessional she appeared. Instead of remembering our wedding for the joy of the day, many people remember the chaos surrounding its coordination. We shared these concerns with Bellagala in detail after the wedding. Their response was that they believed the contracted services had been fulfilled and they declined any refund or other resolution. I understand that no wedding is perfect, but a day-of coordinator should reduce stress, not create it. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Bellagala's coordination services.

I often hear people ask why is it that I don't host events in larger locations such as in school gymnasiums and ice arenas? The answer is simple...I prefer hosting my events at American Legions and VFW's as it helps give back to our Veterans, their families, & communities, and at other small businesses where it helps their Owners by bringing in more business to their establishment. I would love to see your support with this as well. The Vendors in my events are also small home based businesses as well and they are doing their best to generate either an income or an extra income to help either raise funds for their own needs to earn money to pay for a new vehicle, pay their insurance or electric or phone bill, it could be to improve their lives in affording a higher education, or even to open their own store! Their sales could be to help their families, keep them in school sports, food on the table, and clothed, and even in a safe place to live. When you make a purchase from their booths you are not just buying an item from them to take home with you... You are helping put a meal on the table, helping pay for prescriptions, even allowing that parent to put their child in music classes, buying them a new pair of eyeglasses, or even affording that new pair of shoes. This isn't about me... I'm paying it forward! Have a blessed day! Troy Lounsbury
