They always have what I need. They're open late. The prices are fair. The staff are really helpful. I love this place! I've had to come here for quite a few home medical things recently. This is where Twin City really shines. They have whatever I need. They are open later than any other medical supply stores in the area. Their website is helpful; others' are virtually useless. You don't get into the World Series on grand slams and triple plays! You get there by doing the basics right, every single time. And that's why Twin City leads their league. They field every ground ball, and they get base hits every time they step up to the plate. They just keep doing the basics, right, time after time. Best pharmacy. I've been looking everywhere to get Valium suppositories for my fur baby as he gets seizures. I called and they were so helpful and had to make them for me as he is small and they didn't have the dosage he needed on hand. They made it and called me when it was ready. I had a wonderful experience with Twin City DME and pharmacy. I was trying to get a hospital bed for my mother and tried another DME company. I wish I knew about Twin City earlier. It was such a smooth process. They took care of everything. They were prompt with delivery and even replaced an item the next day. All staff communicate so effectively. I didn't tell Twin City I am an RN. I will certainly be referring Twin City to all my patients. Thank you! read more

Amazing staff, if they do not have what you need they will find it and they will work hard to get it through your insurance. I will be researching to see if my insurance accepts another supplier. This seems like a small-time operation that does not meet my expectation of service. They don't have a website or an option to pay on-line. No automated service for you to pay after business hours or on the weekend. There have also been too many instances of incorrect information or service.The most recent offense has been that they sent a bill to me at my work place. My employer is not aware of my medical condition and it is definitely not the receptionist's or mail clerk's business what supplies I use or how much I owe. I explicitly remember a month prior clarifying the distinction between my billing address and my shipping address. I have my supplies delivered to my job for convenience and the bill goes to my home. When I called Twin City to make them aware of the error, the ill-trained worker thought the appropriate response was that my job should not have opened it. Uuuuggh!!! It's not like it was labeled private or personal, or that an employer doesn't have the right to open mail addressed to employees at their location....but that's beside the point. It should have never been sent here in the first place! I understand that mistakes happen, but the thing that pissed me off was that the lack of compassion and customer service. I'm over Twin City and their poor service. I hope to be taking my business elsewhere very soon! read more

This is the most caring, intelligent, knowledgable team that I have met in a very long time. Tom was a pleasure to work with, he understood our needs and offered many valuable suggestions. He was patient, thorough, and understanding of our situation. When Chris arrived today to deliver and assemble the hospital bed we could not have been more pleased. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and did an excellent job walking us through everything we needed to know. He also had some great ideas about how to increase mobility, without trying to sell us anything. I can't say enough good things about our experiences with the Twin Cities team. Fantastic service and support! I live 4 hours away, and needed a seatbelt on family-members wheelchair replaced. The staff sent photos of the products, followed through and answered questions, and had it delivered and installed at the best time for us. Everyone was professional and kind.
