We are a small nonprofit animal rescue out of Houston Texas and we regularly transport adopted dogs and cats from Texas through Alabama on our way to the Northeastern US. 08.31.18, On a recent trip thru Alabama my Suburban had a serious issue with the front left hub. I called AAA and fortunately for me they sent Twin Creeks Towing. I could not have asked for a better scenario under the circumstances. Not only did "Cody" pick me up, His wife helped me find a hotel and Cody suggested a local repair shop "City Tire" in Pell City. Cody took me to the City Tire dropped off my vehicle then took me to the hotel. The next morning ...Much to my surprise, Cody had already contacted City Tire, explained to them my situation and they were actually waiting on me when I arrived! This company is absolutely amazing. I was in a car accident I called my car insurance and they send a company out to tow my car. The company was Hanks in Pell City. They got my car at 5:30 PM. They were taking it 10 min down the Rd. After 3 hours they said it was closed and stored it in their lot. Skip forward. They wanted to charge me $325. Twin Creek went to their lot and picked up my car and took it to where it was supposed to go. I am so beyond thankful for this driver. He was so nice and got the job done. My wife's car overheated and broke down. We had to get it to the dealership while dealing with a couple of other family emergencies. Twin Creek Towing responded. They called and said they were enroute shortly after we called, they called when they got the car and sent pictures when they loaded the car. Nick Foster was a complete gentleman helping my mother, 84, and myself as we experienced a flat tire in Oxford, AL. I was bringing my mom back home from the holidays to Anniston. I live in GA.
