They tell you a 'few more minutes', which is 30 minutes at the LEAST. Complete joke. After 35 minutes, I left. I picked up the prescription 10 minutes later, after stopping at the UPS store. The prescription was in the bin. The clerk never looked for it the first time she helped me. Just routinely said, "It'll be a few more minutes." They need to open up a food court or Starbucks in there for the amount of time they make you wait 'a few more minutes'. A joke; a shockingly inept team working at the pharmacy there in Warrenton. I'd have more confidence in a group of Jr. High School kids working in there. When I was asked by the clerk if I had any questions for the pharmacist, I replied, "Yes, if my prescription was ready the whole time, why did I have to wait?" She got snippy - "Look, we're really busy; we're doing the best we can." But are you? Wouldn't doing the best you can include checking to see if the prescription was ready BEFORE telling a customer it wasn't ready and have a seat to wait? I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Got a chance to check out Peninsula Pharmacy. I was actually looking for postcards as I'm a collector of postcards and magnets wherever I travel to. However, their postcards weren't to my liking, but I still walked around the place to see what goodies I can find. I bought 3 pairs of socks... avocados, buzzing bees, and crackling octopus. SO CUTE! It's a nice pharmacy that not only sells pharmacy stuff, but all sorts of other stuff. However, when I was there lingering around the socks for so long because I could not decide, I felt I was being watched by one of the women who works there. Just a feeling I got... you just know when someone has an eye on you LOL. I'm not referring to the romantic way LOL. Anyway, I had to quickly decide otherwise they might have gotten more suspicious of my intent. All I wanted to do was to pick the best designs. It's not like I was going to run out with them socks without paying LOL. I always pay for my goods. Anyhoo, do drop on by when you're in Long Beach, WA. Perhaps you'll pick up a pair of socks or two. We stopped at the jewelry on a table in front of the cashier. When I had an older women I would say in her seventies, stop in front of us just glaring at us. I believe she thought we were going to shop lift. I thought how rude. We went to another area of the store, again she was right next to us glaring. Very uncomfortable and we are NOT shop lifters!!!!!! We actually purchased items, and she was right behind us following us. NEVER will I go into that pharmacy again. We goto Long Beach a lot.

Had to sit by the entrance (can't stand for more than about a minute without damaging muscles) for more than 10 minutes before a driving cart came available. By this time, the pharmacy had closed for lunch, and I had to wait almost half an hour to pick up my prescription. Not nearly enough handicap spots. Not nearly enough driving carts. Even during low use hours.

I live in Ocean Shores which takes a good 45 minutes to get to their Pharmacy (which according to their website opens at 10am). I arrived at 11:30am. IT WAS NOT OPEN. There were two young ladies sitting out front of the Pharmacy apologizing to folks and letting them know someone never made it to work and maybe they'll make it in by 2 pm hopefully. This is inexcusable! Had this been a life or death medication, we would be so screwed. I am looking to switch Pharmacies as soon as possible. I've just had enough.

It's a given that you'll usually wait a long time at the store for a prescription that was called…read morein and it will cost more than the mail pharmacy. But with a new prescription sometimes it seems worth it to get the med same day. Just remember to use Good Rx because for my husband's new drug, zonisamide, rite aide sells a more expensive generic and you'll need the coupon. They don't remind you about good Rx like in the commercials. Also, when I transferred it later to our usual pharmacy, Postal Prescription Service, Rite Aid didn't respond to them which resulted in the wrong doctor being called, the wrong dose being filled, and a delay resulting in running out.
