Our bloodhound Carley was taken care of wonderfully. We truly appreciate the care she was given and highly recommend this place to others.

We took our two golden retrievers here at the end of the summer because they stank like the lake. Lol Our female has a super thick long coat and needed 3 baths to get the sand out. The groomer trimmed both of the dogs very very well and shaved a lot off. I don't rly understand complaints about shaving hairy/fuzzy dogs. Both dogs looked and smelled great and we didn't have to pay to have them groomed again for awhile. Prices are very reasonable. Making another appointment now! read more

Worst I've ever, ever been! I dropped my Bassett off, thinking it would be great, right next to our vet, it's got to be great! Not so much! When I picked Fred, our Bassett hound up, the owner was rude. She said Fred had pooped on her floor, so she put him in her office and he pooped in there! No kidding?! Strange place, strange people. Why would you put a animal in a personal office and punish them because they pooped?! I'm still livid and if I knew where to report this place to whomever I would! Always do a great job on our pets ( find bad reviews on this place hard to believe )

My wife and I are absolutely LIVID with what this place did to our dog yesterday. We have a 6-7 year old female "golden retriever" mix - that supposedly has some American Eskimo in her. So, she's looks like a half-sized golden retriever with a very fluffy tail - approximately 45-50 lbs. This place has groomed our dog more than a few times in the past 18 months. They, supposedly, keep records of what they do to people's pets when they groom them. NEVER have they shaved our dog - NEVER! But, for some reason the idiot female groomer (whose name escapes me...because I'm so damned angry) decided to infuriate me even further by lying to my face. She told me that she had shaved our dog before. That REALLY pissed me off. Needless to say, I didn't pay them a damned dollar. I'd suggest that you take your beloved pet to any other place in Fenton besides these incompetent buffoons. read more

Worst grooming my dog has ever had. Basically she did a scalp job! The groomer didn't want to take the time to brush our dog so she scalped her, even her tail! Right before winter too. She also expressed her anal glands and our dog was in terrible pain where we had to take her to the vet. I do NOT recommend this groomer to anyone! read more
