I called and got an appointment for the same day right after work and was greeted nicely and even taken a little bit early for my Mani-Pedi service that I needed for a Friday trip to Las Vegas for a concert at the Sphere- Two techs worked on me at the same time, very efficient and quick with good result- Price was very fair for service- $30 mani and $45 pedi. Twin Sisters is a family affair! My sister and so many friends have been coming to this nail salon for well over a decade. I can usually get an appointment day of or the following day. I started getting my nails done again about a year ago and can say that Tina ALWAYS done me right! She takes no longer than an hour, she's very detailed and meticulous with her work. On one occasion one of the ladies ( she was Asian, thin and about 50 years old and had reddish hair, obviously colored. ) tended to another customer while doing my pedicure and touched his toe nail to check it out because the lady doing his pedicure was commenting that his toenail was bleeding!!! My nail lady rubbed the blood off his toenail and went back to my pedicure !!!!!!! It happened so fast! I jerked and said NO! Please don't! And she said " sorry" She had gloves on but still contaminated my pedicure !! Did not change her gloves or clean her hands. I didn't know what to do. I didn't tip her. I left and never went back. No I did not tell the owner. I was in shock. These workers must be trained better! read more

Twin sisters is a busy place. It is a smaller shop. Everyone is very nice . I have gotten mani/pedi there several times but recently switched. I feel they are in a big hurry to get you in and out despite the amount paid. I go get this done about once month to relax and enjoy myself but did not find it relaxing. read more

Stand clear. They do not know what they're doing here and their products are low quality. The vibe is like any other nail salon except they are rushing and want to do everything at once which makes it difficult to relax. I got a gel manicure which did not last very long they didn't cut my cuticles or actually give me a manicure. I also got a pedicure which was uncomfortable and rushed. read more

I gave this place multiple tries before leaving a review. My first experience was great and I think I kept returning in hopes to have that experience again. But it's only got worse for me. I'm sure the good techs are great but the rest really just get people in and out. Once again, I left with a pedicure that I'll have to re do polish on because they don't cover the whole nail. Once again I'll most likely be soaking off or polishing over my dip "manicure" do to blotchy spots missing color. Also I always get my cuticles cleaned and a hand/arm message else where. I took her to the hospital because of how horrible and painful it was. I came in for a removal soak off and a dip manicure. I asked many many times how much. I know the soak off was extra. The lady go's on and starts to soak off my nails she puts me in a bag with acetone in a bowl okay fine I'm like what ever. She starts to file and I dont say anything I'm letting her do her job . She nips my skin a few times. I dont say anything . I get it happens as I'm a nail tech as well I just did not want to do the work my self. Well she gets alot off my nail and still filling with the acrylic bit that is really course. At this point there is so little acrylic left she could have hand filed it or changed to a sanding band. I stop her and say your useing that on my natural nail she's all oh no just this part. I say oh okay well I let her continue and here comes the ring of fire on my nail from her useing the wrong bit and not moving it properly. She stopps and moves to sanding band she files off my cuticles and dose not cut them just files well then there she go's again she nipped my finger and the drill went around my finger so she stops. Now comes the dip I still have a thin layer of acrylic and she is going to put on the dip. In my head why put down fresh product before the old is fully removed. I say something and tell her that I want it all off. She says your nails are thin. Yes I know that but that's why I want a soak off and dip. I say how much she then says 50.00 plus removal I said yes I know that but 50 00 for dip that's over priced . Her manager comes over after talking in there language and says we need to touch up so you pay 50.00 I say your price says 45.00 and I would pay the removal so why 50.00 for me she then says well we have to touch up. I say what are you touching up I asked for a soak off and a dip manicure no tips there is nothing on my nail so what are you touching up??. She said it says 45.00 plus this still dose not make sense what are you touching up if there is no product or extention on ?? See photo for full story read more

I had an appointment for a gel mani & they didn't get to me until 15 minutes after my appointment started, had me sit & soak, & then went back to their previous clients to continue working. When the woman finally got to me, she was rushing between me & back to her previous client. At the end, she told me to go wash my hands & that was it. No massage, no lotion, nothing. When I looked at my nails, I had paint on my fingers & they were sharp & jagged, as in not filed properly. I get that you're busy, but please take the time to do your work correctly & not rush. I'm pretty disappointed with the price & the work that was done. I was charged $29 for jagged nails that I had to file when I got home & paint on my fingers on both hands. It hasn't even been a week & two fingers are already chipped. Bummer. read more

These ladies are something! The twins are beautiful & outgoing. They do a good job at remembering ur name. I've been coming here for a few years now. A few of my other friends also get their nails done from them. I guess you could say I'm a frequent flyer here lol. Majority of their nail techs & pedi ladies are great! I just went today to get a full set & a pedi. They are starting to pick up with business now though so I assume it may be better to set up an appt in advance just in case. I call the same day I wanna come in but the last few times I've gone in they've been pretty busy. Needless to say, I love coming here. They are my go to salon. They do great with acrylics, gel (shellac) nails on ur natural nail, pedi's, & waxing too I think. I haven't tried their waxing but I do know that you're in luck when u come here for nails because their supply of colors is vast. Good luck choosing a color lol. For pedicure: Christine is WONDERFUL! She is not only very friendly, but she also provides great customer service, and did an excellent job on my pedicure!! She provided a wonderful foot and lower leg massage and my nails came out great! For manicure: awesome cat eyes! My only complaint is that they charge extra for the hand massage.
