I wish I had any other option, but I don't. The service is overpriced, extremely limited and of poor quality. The equipment is not made to last through the time of your contract, and the company will try and charge you to upgrade to the same but newer equipment, even though you are not changing anything, just continuing your contract. Internet is decent, not great-decent. The TV is terrible, it's out more than not, and the company just gets upset and says "we know there is a problem" when you call to report an outage. Speaking of customer service, it is TERRIBLE! They are rude and try to belittle you everytime you call, even if it is to pay you bill two weeks before the due date. I even got a threatening "just reminding you this call is being recorded," just had to say "that's too bad for you, because you have not provided good customer service." My payments have been lost three times, and when I receive the "pay or shut off" notice and call them, I always get accused of not paying, but when my bank can provide a cleared check to their company proving I had paid, I got nothing as much as an apology. Pretty sad, I just call my bank and get that ready before I give them a call. But somehow I was still made to feel like it was my fault, when I paid in full on time and they lost my payment. I'm not talking about late payment either, on time payments with matching address on the check to the account, and the account number written on the check.
Too bad that a local company is sooo bad. Typically I do my best to support local companies but this one is not one I can refer to other people. After being a faithful customer for over three years, I continue to wish for things to get better, and I am constantly disappointed. read more
