I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being. Unlike the one by Walmart off of Kellogg and Greenwich where they are literally sitting around doing absolutely nothing but playing on their electronics no one else in the store but they still don't have time for paying customer when they walk in. So they end up treating you like trash and chasing you out! My husband and I came there after leaving this rock location because of inventory issues and those jerks had us running away from the store after they lied and were super super super rude! The answer was that they were working on it as soon as they found out.....NOT TRUE. I have been with them for over 10 years because they are the ONLY cable provider in this area. If you have any other option....GO ELSEWHERE! You would think that my bill would have stayed the same but in 10 years my bill has steadily gone up, up, up, yet service has not improved!!!!
