She made me feel so comfortable since the first call, she told me "don't worry I'll fix this mess" A few days later I went to her home, we sat down and looked into every detail of the lettering, she wanted to make sure she got everything right, so professional !! Many vendors would have just given them back to me just like on my list but she really paid attention to detail. We had an initial Skype consultation. she asked me some questions on the style and material of the invitation cards, place cards welcome sign and based on my budget she came up with a schedule and itemized plans. Since we were getting married in Balboa park, I wanted our invitation card to have a sketch of one of Balboa Park's iconic Museums. Claudia came up with several mock up sketches to chose from. Her price was reasonable and she immediately captured my vision. Deadlines were met and Claudia did an amazing job. Our guests had nothing but positive comments to make on the little detail touches on the invitation card and place cards. During the placement of the order, Nik and Ryan were super helpful with all of my questions since this was my first time using letterpress. They were very quick to respond to my emails and keep the process moving along. The turnaround for my invitations was very quick! Having placed the order on Friday, they were ready to pick up the following week Saturday. They turned out beautiful!
