They did exact opposite of what we talked about. When I saw what looked like a furneral arrangement I contacted them immediately. They sent an email back apologizing saying there was a misunderstanding between the order taker and flower arranger. They asked what they could do to rectify this. I was so surprised that someone actually cared about their customer. However, this turned out to be an empty gesture. This was in August. So I thought I'd give them a chance and emailed them, no response. It is now October. It's not worth spending over $80 for a flower arrangement you can pick up at the grocery store. Very disappointing and this will keep me from trusting another florist for deliveries. It's too bad companies don't take into account that we would use them over and over again if they had better service and really cared.
