Absolutley disgusting service. Flowers for my fathers funeral were never delivered. When i called theybsaid they're in the vehicle foe selivery. I told her (some Hispanic female) dont bother, we are leaving the funeral home, hesded for the cemetary. She tells me dont leave, wait they should be there within the hour. Excuse me?!!! Kept repeating herself. Beyond disgusting. Dont ever do business with this place. No way this place is the REAL Crevasses connection. Wish i could give it -100. Horrible horible horrible read more

Read reviews before picking this shop. Ordered a beautiful simple elegant arrangement for a special birthday to be delivered since I am out of state. Made a note not to make any changes but if they couldn't deliver the Peonies to call me. They couldn't fill this order so they called me and we spoke about what I wanted and what I didn't. They did exact opposite of what we talked about. When I saw what looked like a furneral arrangement I contacted them immediately. They sent an email back apologizing saying there was a misunderstanding between the order taker and flower arranger. They asked what they could do to rectify this. I was so surprised that someone actually cared about their customer. However, this turned out to be an empty gesture. This was in August. So I thought I'd give them a chance and emailed them, no response. It is now October. It's not worth spending over $80 for a flower arrangement you can pick up at the grocery store. Very disappointing and this will keep me from trusting another florist for deliveries. It's too bad companies don't take into account that we would use them over and over again if they had better service and really cared. read more

They were very kind and conscientious and my mom absolutely loved her birthday flowers which arrived right on time. The little hummingbird was a nice touch which she loved. Flower arrangement received was a huge disappointment. It contained several dead roses ( 2 white, one yellow) along with a boring assortment of mums stuffed into a vase. I spite of caring for these assiduously, the rest are really for the trash as of yesterday. 4 day lifespan is unacceptable. read more

I received flowers from them - 12 red roses in exact. Beautiful flowers, long stems yet zero scent. In fact, they smelled more like the green plants added on than roses at all. I don't want my partner spending 70-80 dollars for a bouquet that looks great yet smells like plastic bags. I called them and the customer service couldn't have been much worse. "Well, we receive them, un-package them, and cut their stems and that's it. Roses usually don't have a smell. Mine that grow in my garden do, however." I've received red roses before, they smell great or at least have a somewhat of a scent. So, fact being she mentioned that they don't have a scent is a bit disturbing. Would I be ordering from them again? No. Beautiful but not worth the money. read more

I was watching the Delisser wedding. The florists arrived extremely late and were scrambling to add flowers to the trellace (sp?) the couple was supposed to be married at! When it was decided they wouldn't make the guests sit in the hot sun waiting any longer (already half hour past schedule) the florists had to stop their scrambling and leave the trellace unfinished with only one side done. It looked ridiculous. This might be an isolated incident and they might usually be very good, but being several hours late to a wedding and doing a half assed job deserves a bad review. read more

My experience with this company is utterly pathetic. The lack of customer service is unexceptionable. I cannot imagine how this company even functions on a simple values of customer service. Speaking with the owner is a joke. My experience with her has been terrible. She comes across as a very rude and disrespectful human being whom lacks business sense. She had the pure audacity to call my partner a dishonest person all because THEY got the order incorrect. We have spent over $200 at this shop and will never spend another. Nor will we approve friends or family to use this company. How dare this company stand on any honor. I had to get out of my bed on my day off, put on clothes, waste my gas and drive to this poor example of a business all because they lack the skills to communicate properly. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE! There are several other companies in the Gainesville area that will gladly service you. My partner simply asked for the same flowers that she ordered for me months prior. I love STARGAZERS, she paid extra for them. My flowers arrived and only had 3 stems(2 flowers per stem) of them. Mind you the original had at least six!! The owner went back and forth with her and even asked for a boatload of pictures. I got tired of the non-sense so I just took the flowers to her. Just as the other review stated her response is DRY. She stated "I don't know what it is that you want me to do for you. You received the flowers! Your partner is lying to you that is not what she ordered." THIS IS TERRIBLE for an owner of a business to say. This lady crossed the line. I work t a large organization and this is story will be told. read more

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my husband's birthday. I ordered them over the internet & specified a delivery date of 12/27. They were delivered today, the day I ordered them, on 12/20. When I called to complain, I was told "I'm sorry, it was an oversight. We're so busy." Then she asked me if I wanted them to be picked up & re-delivered on the correct day. Really? The surprise has already been spoiled. So their 100% satisfaction guarantee is bogus. When I told her they need to pay closer attention to their orders, she replied in a tone that wasn't apologetic. And they didn't have a red vase like in the picture - I got a clear vase. It just looks tacky. Don't order anything from here. They don't pay attention to the order instructions. I spoke with a rep on the phone, even discussed a specific bouquet we were both looking at on their website. What was delivered looked nothing like what it should have. I chose to use their online email forms, yes two different versions. I also found a direct email address. No response. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card bank and the rep got the owner on the phone. I got told they never got my emails and that their old address was changed and how odd it was I chose to use that form of contact instead of calling. They used to be my go to florist, used them for years. My wife's bouquet for our 33rd anniversary looked like a child assembled it. If I could use negative stars, I would. read more
