I rented the bedrail, 2 diaper pails, 1 standard highchair, a bag of large Legos, and a small basket of toys. Everything was in good condition and I thought the selection of toys they sent over were very appropriate for my son's age (18 months). Drop off and pick up were super easy. We met them in the lobby (we were in a hotel) for pick up and we left everything with the concierge when we left. I would definitely use them again if we're in the area. read more

We rented from Twinkle Twinkle for our trip to Marco Island both last year and this year. Everyone is helpful and nice here. My kids can be crazy and run around with other kids and the staff is totally cool with it. More than that they have children strapped to themselves. Some napping, some crying, some just enjoying looking at the shoppers. If only with they did drop offs. They have strollers, car seats, even beach toys for rent. I'm sure they have way more but my car could only hold so much. You can see they buy and resell clothes and other kids stuff like beds or high chairs. If you get things like wagons and car seats they will do drop offs and pick up service. This has to be one of my favorite offerings as it allows me to enjoy my trip more while driving, etc. less. I've purchased and consigned a few items from the store and have had very good luck until today when I have rented from here in the past . But today I tried to return something as a consignment , actually to swap one thing for another. I was told that the item was sewn in the seat . I did not see this when I purchased the item . The manager said it could not be taken back but they took it from its original owner in that condition. If you see a yellow activity saucer, don't buy it. It supposedly has a torn,resown seat and you won't be able to return it for a credit. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here again. Hope you have better luck than I did. Twinkle rents all things baby. We needed a baby crib, highchair. stroller car safety seat, and life vest. We gave them the day we needed and right on time we had the knock on the door and the delivery man stet up everything. All the rental was good quality and clean. We had one slight problem with the car safety seat and we stopped by Twinkle they had a man come out to the car inspected the seat and show us the proper way to use the seat. So we had operator error and they took the time to explain how to use the seat correctly. They are good people and this is our second time we used them and won't be the last. read more

What a stress saver! After booking a last minute Airbnb and communication with our host, it was brought to our attention that many of our toddlers needs could be met at Twinkle Twinkle! We were able to rent a stroller, video monitor and full sized crib with mattress for a very reasonable price. Pick up was a breeze, we let them know what time we would arrive and even though it was after hours, pick up was arranged at an on-site location. Save yourself time, packing and stress. Very disappointed in the communication with the manager on duty. I gave TTLS the benefit of calling and communicating my complaint before going viral. Nothing but excuses on their behalf. Where has the slogan gone, "customer is always right." I am a return customer. Last Year delivery charges were waived if you had an order of 50.00 or more. Car seat installation was provided. January rentals this is what i learned. Charging for everything. 1. Car seat install 2. Delivery Services 3. If you have stairs at your home 5 $ 4. After hour pick up, 5$. I want to say, they should of paid me the 5$ to pick up. I saved them the hassle of loading my car. At that they charged me for rental for the day I picked up. Even though I picked up at 8:30 PM 5. The exersaucer I rented was broken, they blamed me for breaking it and missing springs. This was a disaster this year. I went here to get some cheap used toys but not a big selection. Since I was there I bought 2 new toys and a used book. Came out to 42$. Pretty pricey. I only bought them because it was a 30 minute drive from my house and was there. Will not go there again. Next time I'll just go to where I usually do Burlington.
