This was my first time traveling with my three-year-old twins and I can easily say that the easiest part of my trip was renting cribs from twinkle twinkle little store. The rental was absolutely seamless. My cribs were left with the concierge who brought them to my hotel room. When leaving the hotel I left them with the concierge and twinkle twinkle picked them up. I also found their prices to be very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

Everyone is helpful and nice here. My kids can be crazy and run around with other kids and the staff is totally cool with it. More than that they have children strapped to themselves. Some napping, some crying, some just enjoying looking at the shoppers. If only with they did drop offs. They have strollers, car seats, even beach toys for rent. I'm sure they have way more but my car could only hold so much. You can see they buy and resell clothes and other kids stuff like beds or high chairs. If you get things like wagons and car seats they will do drop offs and pick up service. This has to be one of my favorite offerings as it allows me to enjoy my trip more while driving, etc. less. This was the second time I rented equipment from TTLS. It was easy to reserve and pay online in advance. They have a great selection of equipment. First time I rented a package which was a good deal and served all my needs, crib, car seat, high chair, stroller and toys. This time I got a beach wagon. All their items are in good condition and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business and will certainly use them next time my grandkids visit. read more

What I love about this store is that it allows parents to work with their children present. It's a wonderful European style store with a fun kids area and some great new items. Where this store falls short is as follows: 1. The ladies who work behind the counter are so busy chatting that a 10 minute task takes over an hour and fifteen minutes. Not exaggerating. I saw this with my own eyes 5 out of 5 times I brought clothes to sell. 2. The chatter is highly gossipy, personal, depressing, and negative - entirely unprofessional. 3. There's no apparent method to the selection process. Entirely arbitrary. I have been offered 50 cents for new with tag items for which I paid over $85.00. And $2 for worn items that look like weathered, outdated goodwill donations that were placed in the bin by accident. 4. The ladies turn down beautiful items that would be a guaranteed sell. But when I look at their own racks, I see so many ratty, pilled, over-laundered dresses, pajamas, and shirts that I would never want to buy. 5. The customer service is poor at best. 6. Their new items are far more expensive than the same products being sold on amazon, eBay, target, and Walmart. I keep trying because I really want to have a great place to sell my high end children's clothes. But as of today, I am finished. No more efforts to watch 2 or 3 bitter hens talk about their money and marital problems while they take 80 minutes to look through a bin of outgrown clothes. read more

I have used Twinkle Twinkle little store on two occasions in the past 2 months and each time I was delighted with the service provided. As a grandparent living in Naples with grandchildren out of state, working with Twinkle Twinkle was stress-free. My daughter and I selected items on line and they were delivered to my home on time with car seat installed before leaving for the airport to pick up my family. The items were all good quality and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and polite and happy to help with any questions. If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. My MIL has rented from this store 2-3x while we were visiting in town and all of the toys etc were good. HOWEVER, they are not properly licensed to install car seats!! I could tell immediatly my infant was not in the right position and his neck was strained and his throat had pressure due to the seat being installed wrong. I took the carseat to the fire station because my infant would not stop crying when buckled in and he is fine in our car seat at home. They informed me that this is NOT the 1st time Twinkle Twinkle has installed improperly and that the store owner was offered the week long install class which they DENIED AND stated "thats why we have liability insurance." THAT IS DISGUSTING. If my child was in a car accident the very seat installed to help protect him would have harmed him or even worse would have died simply because the owner of this store doesn't want to take the time to learn how to properly install a car seat. The owner should be licensed or not allowed to rent car seats. In my opion they should be shut down just for that comment alone. read more

Great store that sells used and new baby and children's furniture and clothes and toys. They also rent items too which is very convenient. The store is huge with a massive play area for children of all ages. Your children will love it there. They have racks and racks of used clothing at decent prices. They also have tons of used toys and cribs etc. Their new selection is quite small, as they specialize in used. The staff is very friendly, mostly moms working for store credit with their children. Don't expect a ton of money or store credit when you go to sell your stuff back to them. They give you pennys on the dollar. The mark up is huge. The store is pretty clean, it does smell a little bit and the children from the moms working there keep it clean. There are not too many resale kids stores, so this is it. read more

This store is such a find! The prices are quite reasonable and the rented products in good to excellent condition. We rented three car seats for our grandchildren and much time was spent by the employees of the store making sure that they were level and installed correctly. It really created peace of mind for us, but also our children who were flying in quite late with their small children. The sheet for the Pack and Play was clean and ironed. The employees are so pleasant, and the pick-up and return were easy. We will definitely use them again when family returns and our grandchildren may then take a different size of seats. read more

Great store. Good location. Lots of space to roam and for the kids to play. My take away from my two experiences at the old and new location are two words "graigslist". It may be slightly more difficult but worth it. Sell it for free at graigslist. It's pretty embarrassing what they offer for good product(s). I understand they need to make a profit, overhead, staff---- it's not a charity, I get it ...... but WOW, talk about beating up moms and dads. the business plan is great and the growth of the group is great. This place is great for rentals!! 5 star rating on rentals! My husband drove off the other morning with my youngest son's car seat. He had a meeting with a client and was over an hour away. I was able to rent a car seat for 24 hours for an extremely reasonable price. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They also have a good selection of toys for ages 4 and under. The front of the store has new items to buy. Great place for grab and go kids items. Backpacks, lunch boxes, and floaties. Running out the door to a kids birthday party? We have rented from Twinkle Twinkle a few times when visiting Bonita Springs and we love it! Great experience with scheduling online and over the phone. We used their delivery service when bigger items were needed and that was a professional and carefree experience. We recently rented a bike and went inside their facility, which I was surprised to see how large it is! The store in front, rental and resale area in the back were very clean and organized! This is a review for their rental/delivery service only as I haven't actually been to the store. We rented a portable crib and beach/jogging stroller for a recent trip to Naples. It's such a relief to have a place with such an extensive offering of baby gear so we don't have to worry about packing it, paying to check it, lugging it around an airport, etc. I just wish we had rented more stuff. They have toys, pool accessories, and really anything you could think of needing for your little tot on vacation. The prices are extremely reasonable. Most items cost less than the amount it would cost to check for the flight. Finally, our delivery driver was great! Super helpful and friendly even on a hot, busy spring break rush day. He even took the time to give us a tutorial on using the jogging stroller. Can't wait to use Twinkle Twinkle for our next trip! read more

I wish Yelp allowed half stars. I used Twinkle Twinkle Little Store's baby gear rental service while visiting my mother in law for the holidays. I'd rate them a 3.5/5. Booking and delivery was easy but the quality of the items was below average. I rented a full size crib, stroller, high chair and large basket of toys. After looking at a few options, this place was the most reasonably priced and had a variety of options to choose from. My MIL described it best when she said it looked like the items came from a garage sale - functional but definitely heavily used. The high chair was missing the buttons to connect the tray to the base though we were still able to make it work with some effort. Additionally, about 20% of the toys didn't work or were out of battery. They also looked like they were from the 90s. Certainly better than nothing, but I can't say I was thrilled with them. Overall, the service worked as intended but I think I'd try another provider next time. read more

Filthy bag of toys. I unzipped the bag and immediately saw dirt and spilt food, dirt and stains on the toys. I would not keep any toys I owned in that condition, let alone lend them to someone. ALso rented a wagon and it was on it's last leg. Old and scratched and rusty screws at the joints. HIgh chair was in decent shape and clean. But overall will not use again- had to go to Walmart and buy a few toys last minute and order a wagon on Amazon, which was super inconvenient. read more

I been to a handful of kids resale stores but never have I experienced customer service so awful!!! Why would you sell children's toys and have them displayed right at eye level if the children aren't allowed to touch or play with the toys. I had an attendant come up to and say my child couldn't play with a baby doll that was for sale, because it was for sale! She didn't even ask me if I intended to buy it. I have never had this issue at Once Upon A Child or any store for that matter. This was the first and last time I ever go there. read more

This is one of those rare places where you check the bill three times because you think they might be UNDERcharging you. Incredible service. We rented a crib, mattress, sheets, a high chair and walker. They delivered it to the door and set everything up, even after being given the wrong zip code (thank you Alyssa). The supplies were like new, if not brand new. They picked them up as well and were really flexible when we had to leave before the pick-up window. Honestly, it was such a good experience.
