Anytime I need anything beauty I come here. They have some of the better prices in the city when it comes to hair.

This is the worst store for customer service. I bought a hair dryer on June 5 used it that day. My daughter went to use it a week after and it would not work. I took it back to the store but did not have a receipt but had my credit card statement. The manager was very rude and condescending I did not ask for a refund just an exchange. He literally walked a way from and threw his hands up. He is unprofessional no matter how much money you have spent in his establishment. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!! Go to the other stores down the street they are more polite. Terrible business ethics!!! read more

Just had the most racist experience ever. Please join me in boycotting this establishment. I bought heat protector from the "Twin's Beauty Supply #3" @ 17253 FM 529. Once I arrived home, I discovered the top was broken. I immediately returned to the store to exchange the product I paid $15 for. The lady that sold it to me told the owner that I had just left and she sold it to me. His response was, "How do I know that you didn't break it?" He proceeded to call me out of my name and told me to get out of his store. I gave him a few choice words and I told him I would definitely be posting this on Facebook. His response was, Black people care more about their hair, than how I treat them." *we need to stop giving our money to people who don't value us. Lesson learned. read more

Customer service is good, very helpful and friendly. I love the big selection of products and I ALWAYS find what I want for my hair needs.

ATTENTION: besides the fact that other reviewers are saying they EYE black women like a HAWK . they practice illegal tenders. if you didn't know , merchants CANNOT charge costumers a $5.00 minimum WHATSOEVER. IT IS ILLEGAL some business try to get away with it because if you're buying something less than $5.00 their bank charges them some kind of fee. you can do further research on your own but i am a loyal customer and i have spent $100's at this store i will not anymore i came in for 2 packs of eye lashes that totaled to $3.00 and some change the asian lady whose always there said "you could either buy something else or not" she has NEVER been rude too me before so i was shocked so guess what i did i contacted the BBB . It's probably best to employ people who actually know where items in the store are and what kind of hair is sold there. There is a new young lady who does not know anything and she usually answers I don't know or I don't think so. I've called to ask about certain types of crochet hair and she says that they don't have it and then when I go in to find an alternative I find the hair that I was looking for originally. read more

They wigs too expensive for the quality! And they need to hire someone who can give advice about what a person of color would need. Those girls in there don't nothing about hair. They were very helpful to me. I wasn't sure exactly what products I needed and EJ was very nice and showed me where I could find everything. One if the items was out of stock and she called another store and found it in stock. She offered to bring it to the store the following day. I gave her my number and she texted me (That's how I found out her name) the next day when the item was there. I will definitely be back. read more

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would! Lets start with the horrible customer service! I went in to buy a wig, and no one came to ask to help me.Next, found a wig I like, and asked to see the full color.They would barely let me see through the package.when I got home, I discovered there were hidden colors in the back.I called and was told I could exchange the wig.I used my lunch break to come, only to be rudely informed it was final sale.The terrified worker started stammering as ger boss glared at her and me, saying she thought I said hair and not wig.Even though I am an English teacher, you dont need to be one to realize " Hair" and "Wig" sound nothing alike. Ordered a hairdryer from this store online and was given an order number to refer to and that was the end of getting any communication from the store or updates as to the when order would be shipped. Of course the money was received and deducted from our account, however, there has been no response to phone calls or emails as to any update or the fact that they will actually send the product. All we wanted was a quick update as to approximately when the order would be shipped. Have contacted our banking institution to investigate and have made a first inquiry to PayPal which the store uses for payment option as they should be made aware that this store uses their services. PayPal rep stated if the product was not sent they will further investigate. Will also consider contacting their Better Business Bureau. We are not out to hurt a small business but all the owner or staff had to do is spend a minute or two to follow up on our inquiries via email or phone call. Do Not recommend coming here. I was followed by two associates while looking for conditioner. One was pretending to arrange products on the shelf being so OBVIOUS and another one came from behind me pretending to do the same thing. AGAIN No discretions. Also I had on fitted high waisted jeans and a fitted grey shirt. Did not carry a bag only had a small wallet and my phone. Where am I going to put something? Not to mention, I had just spent $35 a few minutes before. Only went back because I forgot the conditioner. I DO NOT NEED TO STEAL A $5 bottle of leave in conditioner. This is a very lager store so it is a possibility you will find what you are looking for. The price may be a bit inflated but they have a variety. The wig section is large. But I am not a wig expert so I'm not to sure about quality. I have only worn a store purchased wig 1-2 times and when I purchase it was only to wear a few days. The majority of them here look synthetic so not for long term usage. I have been here before and didn't purchase anything because of the prices. I said then that I would only use this store for small purchases like lashes, makeup and hair dye. I think because of the area most of the hair I usually buy was about $5 higher per package at this store. read more

The store is very large with a wide variety of products and you can find high quality weaves, braids, wigs, crotchets, and much more. There is jewelry and the quality of it is what you'd expect for the price given. The cashiers/employees are very helpful and kind; the service is absolutely 5 stars! read more
