Two hours was so lovely and provides the opportunity to savor the relaxation. If your salon is so heavily booked that you are unable to accommodate new clients, I completely understand. The cut turned out pretty good, but the 4 stars comes from the stylist having multiple clients at once, with an assistant doing the finishing touches/styling. I was not a fan of being passed off and I did not like how the gal was styling it. The master stylist had to come over several times to correct her. Overall, the salon is nice, clean and products are good. Just wish I didn't feel like a number when paying over $100 for a haircut.

I asked for a gentle taper to the back but got a straight cut that looks more damaged than before. After 4 hours in the chair I wasn't about to waste anymore time asking for something she clearly couldn't deliver.
