Once we had done our chores (mid-May), she was back with the loaner items and they set the house up carefully for the photographer, and gave us instructions about how we should re-create the setting before showing the house. She does exactly what she says she is going to do, with a minimum of fuss and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

There are no available replacements in that size and I did not want to pay good money for a mismatched, off-center pair that Home Depot was attempting to foist on me. Myklos saved the day amd with much care and ingenuity put the slats back in place and replaced a missing slat with a clever fix. Honestly, it looks like it was never broken.
