Hi I'm 20 years old (almost 21) and I had a major back surgery when I was 18 years old and I was just wondering if anyone knew if this would help me get really good core strength? I need my core to be strongest so I don't have another surgery.

Hello Aerial Dance is a great form to strengthening your core. Please contact us for any other questions. 772-215-3495

I can be a bit of a drive (out West in Loxahatchee) but it's worth it. It's hard to describe in words how much fun this truly is, particularly with these unique instructors that make you feel at-home, no matter your age, shape/size, athletic ability, or fear of heights. I've seen old-and-young, fit and not-so-fit, and just about everyone we've watched has had a great time. If it's your first time, you don't need to have any experience of special ability, not that I'm aware. We've watched 8 year old children pick it up quickly. Here's a quick preview of what to expect: For the first 20 minutes or so, they'll give you a tutorial and work with everyone in a group. Typically there will be roughly 10 people involved. Next they'll have people line-up to head up the ladder and try the trapeze. They have safety harnesses and there does not appear to be any serious risk. Yet your brain will tell you that you're not in a harness, while your heart beats in exhilaration. In fact, every time I've visited trapeze, I've completely forgot that I'm harnessed and adrenaline is in high-gear. After three attempts to get the basics down, they'll allow you to try a catch. This is where you let go of one bar and you are caught by an instructor swinging on another bar. After each session, you'll fall to the net, doing a flip that will come natural. Here again, they counterweight the harness so that you aren't risking your life. Once you finish, you'll watch the others in your group. About ten minutes later it will be time for you to go again. By the time it's over you'll feel exhilarated. And if you've never done it before .. The next day your muscles will let you know that you've moved parts of your body in a way they've never moved before! The price is about $50 per person and the experience lasts about two-plus hours total. One final tip: Before you arrive, take a look at their website to get a list of tips/FAQ's. There are certain types of clothing, etc -- that make a better experience for everyone.

They handled everything--our violinist, ceremony music, DJ, and overall entertainment with absolute precision and professionalism. Tony truly appreciated every detail and treated our wedding like a one-of-a-kind production. Every transition felt seamless, every cue was perfectly timed, and the atmosphere they created carried beautifully throughout the entire evening. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the music and entertainment were. The dance floor stayed full all night, and the ceremony music was emotional, elegant, and perfectly curated. There wasn't a single person left sitting in their chair everyone was singing along and dancing. Even the most conservative reserved guests were impressed with the talent. This is a spectacular backyard right on the water with large trees and great deck/lookout tower. The trapeze looks professionally installed except for the ladder going up but It is secure. The trainers were excellent except for one lady had an attitude and told one guy, who was too scared to do it, that his girlfriend had more balls than him! Totally uncalled for! Most participants were first timers and were encouraging each other. The man holding the security rope worked really hard to assist everyone. There was one other male helper and a female volunteer up on the ledge. It seemed like the other rude woman was needed to have helped but she did not have customer service skills. I totally recommend this place to overcome any fear of heights or mental challenges or just for an adrenaline rush!
