The tasting was seamless, the food stood out, and the overall operation appeared organized and professional. Based on that, we felt confident booking with them. As part of their process, we were assigned a care team assistant, Joanie, to manage logistics leading up to the event. Unfortunately, this part of the experience fell short. Key milestones, such as the three-month check-in, were missed and required us to initiate follow-up. Communication was often delayed, with responses taking several business days, and at times occurred at unusual hours, which made coordination more difficult. There were also instances of confusion around previously discussed details with Joanie. In one case, instead of contacting us directly for clarification about tables (after being provided a floor plan and having a meeting), she reached out to the venue with incorrect information. This created unnecessary stress close to the wedding date and required additional time to resolve. She also told us she would make note for them to bring cake cutting knives, but on the day of, they did not, which impacted planned photo moments. (If we had known not to trust her we would have taken the extra expense to buy our own.) Most importantly, we were explicit in the detail that we (the bride and groom) would eat last, to account for taking photos with each table of guests as they were released to get food from the buffet. At the event, the staff brought food to our sweetheart table first, resulting in food being in the background, on our table in every single photo. This is completely unacceptable given the multiple times we discussed this detail. That being said, the overall execution on the day of the event (outside of bringing food to the sweetheart table) was outstanding. Our catering captain, Skylar, and the entire onsite team were exceptional with guests. They were professional, extremely attentive, and highly organized. The service staff and chefs delivered an incredible experience, and the food exceeded expectations. It was a highlight of the reception, and we continue to receive compliments from guests. We were surprised there was no post-event follow-up from the company, as we would have gladly shared positive feedback about the onsite team. We hope we do them justice in these posted reviews (specifically Skylar, whom we hope will replace Joanie's role for future clients - she is talented in her organizational role). Overall, we would recommend this company for the quality of their food and event-day execution. However, based on our experience, we strongly suggest confirming who will be assigned as your care team assistant (request anyone but Joanie) and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the planning process.

We cannot recommend this caterer enough and should we have another event we need catered they will be the first business we reach out to. We had appetizers - fish tacos, chicken satay, and brie and raspberry puff pastries. They also brought miniature beef wellingtons which everyone loved. They were a preferred vendor at my venue and my colleague highly recommended their services. Courtney was very prompt and professional in their communications leading up to the event and a joy to work with. Their staff showed up on time and began setting up the bar area along with the batched cocktails and mocktails they would be serving at the event. We had a lavender fields vodka cocktail and tornado twist mocktail. Their bar services include napkins, straws, bar set up, coolers, wine openers and insurance, as well as 2 bartenders for up to 5 hours. I also hired 10 of their catering staff members to assist with bussing cocktail tables throughout the event, emptying trash cans, a helping to keep our event tidy. We appreciated the attention to detail and anytime I had a request for an area that needed servicing, they took care of it right away. Their team was a huge help in assisting us with rounding up the trash and cleaning up the space after the event ended. I would definitely hire Premier Event Services for more events in the future!

My husband and I got lucky that they were our first tasting when looking for our wedding caterer; we tried their crab cakes, salmon cucumber rolls, NY strip steak with chimichurri, mahi mahi with coconut curry sauce, plantains and ratatouille. Everything was absolutely perfect, both during our tasting back in 2021 and at our wedding this past weekend. The steak had a beautiful pink inside and an amazing grill charr on the outside. The coconut curry sauce permeated the mahi mahi and our veggie sides were incredibly fresh tasting. I also have to mention we almost forgot to ask for a vegan, gluten free option for one of our guests but Jean and LaFronza were super accommodating with our request. I can't say enough good things about the food, I am honestly amazed at how they were able to bring everything from Orlando to Indialantic and cook it to perfection. I wish we lived in Florida, but we will absolutely hire them again whenever we have another event there. TLDR: 10/10, highly recommend!
