To add insult to injury I paid $43 for the mod. Vape100 has the exact mod for $25. So they RIP you off and then you have no warranty. I spoke to VandyVape service and all of their products come with a 90 day warranty. They agreed that it was a mechanical flaw and will replace it for me. Takes 3 weeks to get it though. The service manager at VandyVape says there is no reason that Electric Puff shouldn't have replaced it because they would have received a new one from VandyVape. In a nutshell, over priced, zero customer service, won't honor warranty, and just bad business all the way around. BTW, Vapor100 said they would have replaced it up to 14 days no questions asked.
