The environment itself was beautiful and well-equipped, with everything set up to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. It felt like cooking with friends rather than attending a class, which made it even more special. If you're looking for a fun, educational, and engaging culinary experience, I can't recommend Twisted Fork enough. I'll definitely be back for more! Our experience was nothing short of five stars. Chef Denise Crider took a relatively complex menu and explained the hows and whys all while we created and cooked. Our class was interactive, relaxed and most of all- FUN. Twisted Fork PCB is centrally located on the east end of PCB- and is an easy get to from 30A and beyond. The cooking classroom is incredibly clean, organized and beautifully done. While you learn, cook, eat and mingle with your new found besties, Chef Denise and angels take care of all the rest. Prep and clean up magically happens. Sign me up for every class. TF PCB is that good! Twisted Fork PCB is EXACTLY what was missing and was needed in the 850. I'm so glad we found them gem. A few friends and I enlisted in the Thanksgiving Bootcamp and we had the best time, and ate some of the best traditional Thanksgiving food I have ever had. We all made homemade cranberry sauce, dressing with the add-ins of your choice, and the ABSOLUTE BEST gravy I have ever tasted. Chef Denise and her Sous Chefs are amazing. They all three make you feel right at home, and they are not intimidating at all. The hands on experience and fellowship with the other participants is so fun. You sit down with everyone, Chef included, at the end and just enjoy the meal you created. Everyone eats, talks and gets to know each other a little better! If you are on the fence about whether or not to take a class-JUST DO IT! It is so worth it. read more

Wow! What can I say? This cooking class was the best I've ever done. Very informative, fun and the food we made was fantastic. Chef Denise is very knowledgeable and you can tell she just loves to teach. Whether your new to cooking or pretty experienced in the kitchen, you will learn something in this class. She has a great staff that are very helpful with answering any questions you may have. My wife and I went to the Italian Cooking Date night class and had a great time. We took the Sushi 101 class and had such an amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The class was so smooth and well-organized, while still being filled with plenty of laughter and fun. We had such a great time learning something new together, and we couldn't recommend this experience enough! It's the perfect date-night activity and honestly one of the most memorable things we've done since living in Panama City.
