They provide so much detailed pre-event info and options for you to customize the song list, Taylor's outfits, etc. They are also so kind and accommodating and work with you if you have any other traditions or things you want to do before Taylor arrives. We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time. For our outdoor/Marquis Tent Wedding in November 2018, we used them for our Lighting, Sounds, and DJ Services. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. During the initial consultation, Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of the wedding related questions that we had. He was also able to give us some great advice and helpful recommendations given his previous experience working with numerous weddings. Brian was very creative and paid so much attention to detail with every aspect of our wedding. The sound during the ceremony was crisp. I can't tell you how many people came up later on, and said that they could hear absolutely everything even though it may have been difficult to see everything. We had a wedding of 300 people outdoors, so it can be difficult at times, but Brian was able to accommodate and appease everyone. For the reception, music was pumping, and Brian situated the speakers in a way that didn't take focus away from the wedding décor. He had a variety of songs that entertained and appealed to the crowd. The place was bumpin' when it was time to party!! In addition to that, Brian did our LIGHTING as well. Our wedding was freakin' BEAUTIFUL!!! He LIT that thing up! The pin lighting on our Flower centerpieces at each table looked classy and glamorous. Our Marquis Tent was bright and caught everyone's attention. He adjusted the lighting during the dinner, speeches, and the reception to accommodate for the mood. Brian has a great sense of judgment to adjust to the mood of the environment. The color wheel on the remote control is fabulous! If I want, I can make it a specific tone of aqua by just scrolling around with my fingertip. I usually use a candle light Amber soft golden color. Other units like American DJ, etc. are just the color but not the shade of the color. Brian always ships them on time and it comes with a return label and after my party, the next day, I just drop them off at the nearest UPS. Easy!
