I explain that I had a personal policy of not putting any credit cards on file due to identity theft concerns and that I was willing to come in later with a cash deposit if necessary but was not happy with the policy. I received a call on my voicemail about 10 minutes later from the owner stating that they canceled my appointment until they received deposit. I checked their website again and it states that they except walk in appointments, which does not require, any form of deposit or appointment at all so I'm confused as to why this policy is even in place for a new customer. First impressions matter and I just didn't feel the love. Single Star.

I've been there three times. My manicurist was okay but the polish never lasted more than ten days…read morewithout chipping. Gel polish should last for weeks. They only do one kind of acrylic nail and it didn't work for my thin nails. I have since found a much better place.
