I ended up with a haircut of which I did not ask for. I had called in advance to see who would be a good recommendation to help me be able to get my hairstyle back from another botched haircut I had received a few months back. I didn't get my haircut of choice. 1. I asked for a Long Pixie Shag. I have zero shag. 2. I told the stylist I had until March 29th to grow my hairstyle back. 3. I asked for my neck length to be let alone, but it could be blended with the rest of my hair. 4. I asked for my ears to be cut out. They both have hair over the ears with one side shorter than the other. 5. I attempted to show the hairstylist pictures of my preferred hairstyle of which I truly adore. The hairstylist was disinterested in my pictures or my preferences. read more

I made an appointment with the salon thinking my hair would be taken care of after all the great reviews I read. Please don't get me wrong, this is not a bad review of this salon itself. The business is clean & trendy. Yay! But when it comes down to business I feel like I was ran through. I spent over $500 at the salon I was also told by coworkers, friends and family that my hair looked "weird" & "not blonde". The main reason I made the appointment was because of a post I saw on Instagram by one of the stylists (specializing in blonde). I specified and was completely honest about my previous hair treatments and what I was expecting but honestly I really wish I would've saved the money ... so I hope this review helps any woman think twice. read more

If I could give a - 5 I would. My daughter and I booked them for her wedding. The pictures they show are very pretty. Not what we got! The girl that tried to do her hair had no clue what to do. We both brought pictures of what we wanted. Another girl tried to help but could not help either. They finally after an hour got the owner. In about ten minutes she threw together a side bun. Not at all what my daughter asked for. She asked for just the normal updo with curls on top. The same original girl did my trial hair. I showed her a simple picture of what I wanted and told her I needed some height on the front top. The pic is what I got. She did not even comb my hair, she just stuck some pins in it. My daughter just paid and we left. She did not want to make a scene but cried as soon as we got to the car. Needless to say she cancelled the wedding day appointment. I hope she received the deposit refund. read more

I worked wit Sydney Lanham at this salon. It was the first time I have ever had my brows micro bladed. I am also in the senior generation. Sydney was delightful to work with. She was professional yet fun. She thoroughly explained the procedure, both before & after as well as preparing me for what to expect during the treatment and afterwards. She didn't leave " a stone unturned." She was very gentle & continually checking to make sure she wasn't hurting me or checking to see if I needed to take a little break. She did an absolutely perfect job on my brows!!! My husband even commented on how nice they looked! Would definitely recommend Sydney--highly skilled! read more

Was in need of a haircut and found this salon on here. Conveniently located off of 70 and LSL Blvd, it's in a plaza along with several other businesses. Ample parking and a cozy waiting area up front. The salon itself is gorgeous and clean. My stylist was Lindsay (one of the owners). She was super friendly and accommodating (I had my toddler with me). She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, using a razor. As a former hairstylist myself, I tend to be picky about my hair. NOT A BRIDAL SALON-I went into my hair trial with pictures of exactly how I wanted my hair to look. The young girl that seemed to have no clue ended up asking for help from the owner roughly an hour in. After showing the owner my pictures she proceeded to fix my hair. It didn't look bad. However, looked NOTHING like my pictures, and fell less than 2hours later. The original stylist stated how much this looked better than my pics anyway. My Mother then had her hair trial. When she was finished she looked as if she was getting ready to clean her house. No exaggeration. This is NOT a bridal salon, and I beg all brides to stay away! This was the only thing I wanted to go smoothly, and was so unbelievable bad I had to get my refund for my deposit back which I had no issues getting. I was not given any discount or refund for my Mother's or my disastrous trials. No way should I have paid for this trial, but I was so disappointed and upset I just didn't want to deal with is at the time. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Just moved to the area so I was looking for a new salon close to home. I get my nails done in the same plaza and they recommended the place so I made an appointment. I told the person who answered the phone that I wanted a stylist who was good with short, edgy cuts and I was given Tori. I got highlights and a cut from shoulder length hair to what I was hoping to be a longer pixie cut. The color is great, very happy there, but the cut is absolutely horrible. Tori was not able to cut my hair even close to the style that I requested (complete with about 10 reference pictures). Finally, after being in the salon for about three and a half hours, Tori stopped cutting and asked for assistance from another stylist. My once thick, full hair is now super thin, with a few bald spots and MUCH shorter than I had anticipated it being. It will take months for it to grow out to something that can be re-shaped and cleaned up. After four hours and over $120 I walked out in tears. Will never recommend this salon to anyone. read more
