I tried again on Sunday..... nothing happened When I called AAA they told me they were short staffed and due to my call is labeled as a non-emergency I should call back on Monday! on Monday I called and when I'm telling you it was a breeze! Fernando Royal called me 20 minutes after my request and told me step by step of his ETA. when he pulled up to my home, I told him my bedtime story and he immediately apologized and stated my call just got dispatched this morning to Finish line. it took him 10-15 minutes to hook my truck up and because the mechanic and special instructions on where to place the car once he delivered it, Mr. Royal assured me he would not only follow those instructions he will send me a picture showing that my car was safely delivered. I got my car tested with several other professionals who all said the alternator should have been replaced from the start. A very stressful experience that could've been avoided. I pulled over in the gas station and received help from two wonderful young men. We attempted to jump the battery. It worked but thankfully I followed my mind to let it run for a minute. Eventually it cut off. That's when the second person jumped in. They cleaned the filter. Then jump the battery again for a longer period of time. I felt semi comfortable so I decided to try my luck with my son following in his car. Low and behold it cut off on the side of the road. I called the Motor Club. Before I got a response on what company was coming and a ETA. This wonderful soul pulled up by the name of Michael. He jumped out the truck with a smile and was very professional as well as personable. We verified he was there for my car as that was too fast. You can never be too careful. He spoke with my husband and I for a minute. Then began loading the car. He verified the drop off location and took off. Before I could get home good and cover the bottom of the tub good my Mechanic was calling to let me know the car was delivered. He assessed the problem and Michael was on his way.
