There's an ugly gap there. Faucet for the outside of the house: Called them and described the problem. Faucet needs replaced, wanting one that needs only a 1/4 to 1/2 turn to fully turn off and on. It's what every other exterior faucet on my house is. Plumbers arrived, no such faucet on truck. Said they'd have to order one and come back. PITA.
