The crew came out and went to great lengths to try to find the clog, they were on the roof, pulled the toilet up (and found a problem and repaired that while they were at it), and the problem persisted. So they came back out with a camera and finally found the issue. All of this combined cost less than half of what a previous plumber I used charged to run the camera. I'd trust D and D with any plumbing issue I ever had. And I absolutely know that the price I will pay him will be significantly lower than what you'd pay the guys that advertise on the radio all day.

ONE day off from work, one day of stress and anxiety and fear, and it's over? I'm sure the Giesbrechts are wonderful people. I'm also fairly sure they are good plumbers. I just can't deal with being stood up. I won't get any more time off from work until late MAY. Same thing, he thought it was working, it wasn't. Contacted Backwoods again. They completely raged on me in a text message. Wow - can you say "completely unprofessional." I replied as kindly as I could, understanding that they are busy, etc., so can they please schedule me when they get the time. They said he would. Never contacted me, I contacted them again, said they would get to me in the next week. Never did. Texted them again. Never heard back, and still haven't. All I can say is - do your homework, and I hope you have better luck with Backwoods Plumbing then I did.
