They removed my floor and busted up the concrete in order to replace a collapsed drain pipe with PVC and on a Thursday. They came back Monday to finish the job and placed the vanity on top of the new concrete without putting the flooring down underneath it first! They connected all the new plumbing to the sink, caulked the vanity to the wall and left it on top of the concrete with the no flooring underneath. I caught him as he was leaving and asked him if he had forgotten the floor, and the response was "we don't do floors". Also the vanity was not properly caulked or sealed to the cabinet or the wall and the new pipes were leaking! I had to take all the plumbing out that he just installed, pull the vanity back out, and put the floor back myself, and then put the vanity back and connect all the plumbing again and finish the job myself. I worked 8 hours until 1:00 a.m. to complete a job that I paid $3,000 for. I spent 8 hours completing the job I paid for at a time when I was already working around the clock to get my place ready to sell. They are not responding to my calls or texts. This is unacceptable.
