After going two times today when I asked a question about my nail that was going to have a design on it I was snapped at and told to let her do her job and it next time her sister would be doing my nails. I apologize and said I was just asking a question and that no her sister would not be doing my nails because I would not be coming back. Very rude and unprofessional.

When she asked them to stop they gave her attitude. She then said she was going to leave but they refused to let her leave with unless the nail polish was removed. She agreed to this and the manager who was also rude, did a lousy job removing the gel polish. All she did was scrape off a layer with the drill. My mom had to go home and use acetone, cotton balls and aluminum foil herself to remove the rest. Avoid this place at all costs!
