I came in early incase needed and was brought back to the chair immediately. I had some pretty fried ends and need a haircut so bad. I knew what I needed but trusted her judgment more! She is very kind and friendly and did exactly what I had wanted! I went from decently long to a little more of the shorter side and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! She did such an amazing job I already booked my next trim so I can keep up with keeping it healthy! I highly recommend Alex as she is a wonderful stylist and made the whole appointment very customizable with me as the client! Loved chatting with her as well! I found out what her schedule was and actually stopped into the salon to meet her and to talk to her about what I was looking for show her pictures like I did the lady before and discuss what she could do. I felt confidence after speaking with Shannon and made an appointment for the next day. I showed up for my appointment a few minutes before and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and. Good morning,which actually made me feel comfortable. Shannon sat me down and we discussed what I wanted and.... Didn't. Through the whole process we talked , and she took her time and wasn't at in a hurry. Shannon really made me feel comfortable and at ease. When it was all said and done. I am Very happy!!! I definitely will be back and i highly recommend Shannon the the other ladies. The shop was clean and organized. I was offered a water or coffee which was nice!

My highlights bled and instead of fixing all the bleeds individually like she should've, she completely panicked and covered all my new highlights with permanent brown dye which has now turned orange! On top of that she over toned my hair which is white now with purple stained in the white from using purple shampoo!! I cried for 4 days! She ruined my hair cause she was in a hurry to go on a date instead of finishing the job with integrity. When I reached out to the salon owner Melissa she got angry cause she didn't want to fix someone else's screw up and not get paid. She was mean, rude and acted like this was my fault! She is the owner and it's her responsibility to keep the clients happy, but she did not care about this or how it affected me. She said she could squeeze me in between appointments to fix it without even seeing it first!! I had another color specialist look at my hair this weekend and she was shocked that a hair stylist of 30 years could make such a horrible mistake. She said I had to wait 6 weeks due to the over processing. I reached out to Melissa letting her know that I did not feel comfortable going there and wanted a refund. She said to ask Shannon and I never heard from Shannon. These ladies have no integrity or customer service skills. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Blondes be warned!

Showed the pictures of what I was looking for. The lady asked if I wanted to be shampooed or spray? I said what ever works for you... I knew when she asked, she wasn't in the mood to do the whole thing. Needless to say. I walked out with a basic Mullet, which is nothing like I asked for nor close to the pictures I showed her. But, I wasn't going to stay any longer than she was willing to do. I wasn't greeted quickly when I arrived . But my hair didn't feel fried or super thin but I have fine hair anyways. Jose didn't use the toner I liked so I came back and met Courtney she did my toner and root melt perfectly, she ended up texting client and letting them know she moved to TALK OF TOWN HAIR STUDIO in SEBASTIAN. So I decided to follow her because she did very well. Well I just went to her yesterday for a high and lowlight with a root melt and I explained I didn't want to be all blonde. She told me that she wanted to bleach all my hair as I haven't had that done before I was a little skeptical but I trusted her because she is a professional. Well she did use a low developer but she ended up putting me under the dryer which I have told her that other stylist I've seen don't do that because they are afraid of breaking my hair. Well 380 dollars later I'm completely distraught, my hair is broken completely off and I can't even put it in a pony talk or even wear it normal. I have to wear it clipped back because it's so embarrassing. I texted her to let her know that my hair was fried off as I examined it at home and she proceeded to tell me my hair is not fried and my hair left in the condition I came in there. Absolutely not. She then kept telling me that I was attacking her with what I was explaining about my hair and that she said she seen no hair coming out in the wash bowl. She told me because she is 1099 that the owner didn't need to be involved with the situation and because she is nice she would put free extensions in my hair. She first told me she wasn't even going to give my money back but once I told her I would like to talk to Ms. Lorna she decided to give half but then she knew I wanted the whole money back. I think at this moment the owner Ms. Lorna should be advised how Courtney spoke with me and this experience was very upsetting and leaving me with hair I can't touch for at least 6 months to a year. I'm so very upset and cried. Courtney left the other salon because she said she had to fix everyone's mess ups and no one owned up to their mistakes. She is doing exactly what she talked stuff about at the other salon.
