Went in today expecting to buy some cookies and get some freebies. My girls were excited to go and we got there early just to be ignored when we walked in. When the tall gentleman came up to us he rolled his eyes when we asked about the free cookies. The whole experience was kind of off putting and made us all uncomfortable. Needless to say we opted out of buying anything. Will not be back to this location. Way to ruin an experience that could've been a fun outing. read more

Came here for my twin niece and nephew's 10th birthday. They each had the app and because they weren't yet silver members weren't able to get a cookie. Not even a mini one. The guy working was rude and seemed annoyed as the kids were logging into their apps. Mind you, there was no one in line. This is disappointing and although we were going to buy more cookies for their birthday party, we decided that we will go to a different cookie franchise here in Utah. We also uninstalled the app. Be mindful if you are wanting to get a cookie for your birthday or your kids or a family member and they haven't reached silver status they will not be able to get one regardless if they have used the app before. read more

The service is extremely slow here. 3 employees taking their sweet time while the slowest is preparing cookies. Each order is being called out with 10 minutes in between. The whole room could fill up and the sense of urgency remains terrible. read more

She takes our payment (which was cash) then goes back to making cookies & touching them with the same gloves she had on when she took cash from us. Unsanitary& really disappointing. What's the point of gloves? Also another lady that was packaging our cookies was touching her face right before she packaged our cookies... Waited 10 minuets for my cookies to be brought to my car via curbside delivery. Finally called into the store and got my order a few minuets later. Open the box and one of my cookies wasn't finished. I had to move my car close to the building, undo part of my back brace, and walk inside to have them finish my cookies. I'm definitely more of a simple chocolate chip cookie experience kinda guy. Though some of the unique combinations here are worth breaking out of your comfort zone, or breaking your diet for sure. The selection varies, perhaps even by day and there are not as many varieties to choose from - may 6 unique ones at a time. They offer to go boxes for multiples and even for a single cookie. 1 cookie is surely an indulgent treat. My chocolate chip was packed with chips, and has a good chewy bite, which is exactly how I like it. - I basically grazed on mine for like 2 days. I for sure will be back!! read more

The last couple of times we've been in to get cookies the music has been widely inappropriate for a working environment. These songs that are being played are explicit and continually say the n word, f word, etc. Workers seem more focused on socializing, being on phones, etc rather then take care of customers. read more

Crumbl is delicious! Incredibly soft and moist and huge! The flavors change weekly which is fun to watch and try the new things they bring in. My favorite flavors are cookies and cream, sugar, chocolate chip, cinnamon swirl and nutella. I'm sure every flavor is amazing. I remember when they only had a few locations in Salt Lake Valley, now they are all over the place! I honestly think they have a location in every city, very wise of them. I'm very impressed with how they have handled crowds. The girl who helped me had a bit of an attitude but I think maybe she was just overwhelmed. The cookies are amazing, and big of course, but I still don't understand the prices. My favorite thus far are the biscoff lava cookies. There's no place to sit inside & no restrooms. I went opening weekend (just reviewing now), the line was out the door but it did move fast. The counter people were pretty bland / tired, like they really needed a break (I'm sure it was just because they were so busy). The cookies were delicious, very soft & moist.
