The displays are lit brightly, and the signs display the confidence of the establishment here all the customers seem to be in very high spirit and have huge smiles on their faces once they receive their order, especially their drinks.. Their ice cream tastes very homemade and the mix-in ingredients are all real and fresh. You can see them with your very eyes, so you know they don't cheat ya. Some of the mix-ins are a little too big for my liking (like the apple pieces in Apple Pie) while others are itty bitty (like the brownies in Vanilla Brownie). I had no problems with delivery and the ice cream was perfectly frozen upon arrival- which is always my worry with ice cream. I was able to custom order the combo I got and the cups are filled quite full so that's a bonus. My favorite, out of the 7 I tried (which where Spencer's Indescribable, Josh's Special Salad, Churro Chunga, Apple Pie, Vanilla Brownie, Cinnamilk, Maple Bacon) was the Cinnamilk! It was the creamiest and tasted like horchata or subtle cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk. I don't like cereal milk but I loved this version.
