Now they say they'll replace the compressor, but I have to pay for a full system kit that should have been identified the first time. They also claimed the system was flushed, which raises concerns about why it failed again so quickly. On top of that, my vehicle developed a coolant leak immediately after their service that was not there before. When I asked about it, they said they "didn't know what to tell me." Overall, this feels like an incomplete diagnosis and poor accountability. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving repairs here.

I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint! Communication was with Billy the entire time and he's an awesome guy. They also checked up after the work was done which is awesome. I called RNR beforehand for an alignment just to drive and find out they had no techs for an alignment and they were super rude when I came in. I don't know why but it is super hard to find solid businesses in this town with people who enjoy what they do/have a positive attitude in their workplace. The alignment here was like $5ish more than RNR but man that extra $5 is worth it for the experience/friendly employees.

Want the check engine light corrected and strut replaced . 300 dollar for what they called level 2 inspection and diagnosis that does not go toward the repair!!!!!!! Sent me a list of numerus thins they said needed repair . I only authorized what I took it in for . 2000 dollars later I went out to get in truck and the battery was bone dead ! They wanted to keep it another day and do more tests , I was very uncomfortable with what was going on so I told them no I have a charger at home I went home charged my battery and it is holding a charge . And then you add that the check engine light is back on and took it somewhere else and had the code read , it was the same code as before . Of course they wanted me to bring it back in !!!!! At this point they didn't admit doing any wrong with my battery !!!! I will never let them work on one if my vehicles again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The repairs were supposed to include fixing the passenger door frame and replacing the door. I chose them because they seemed nice, professional, and the timeline worked perfectly since I was leaving town for work. Instead, it took them 3 weeks to finish my car -- and when I finally got it back, the work was sloppy and incomplete. The passenger door now rattles like something inside is loose or broken, there's paint overspray on my windshield, and the door speaker no longer works. My husband and I tried several times to contact the owner, Lenny, who originally quoted us the 5-7 day timeframe, but he completely ignored our calls and texts. No response, no accountability. This shop clearly cuts corners and cares more about taking your money than doing quality work. They'll hand your car back unfinished and then avoid you when you call them out on it. Do not take your vehicle here. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the headache.

The extremely nice lady running the office was 100% honest with me and let me know that they were extremely busy and had vehicles parked out in the street that they still needed to check out and it would be right at 2 weeks before they could check my truck out. She was pretty accurate with that timeline. They checked out my truck and got me a quote (their phones were having issues - so she worked with me via Text (which was awesome as I could handle this all the while continuing my work day!)). She provided me both a quote and ETA of the repair which I promptly agreed to. They had my truck wrapped up & ready for pick up just a few business days later. I picked my truck up and the same nice lady gave me a run down of my repairs and their findings as well as instructions that they put dye in my A/C system so if I had issues just give them a shout. I drove the truck home but still had concerns with the A/C. I texted her and she told me to drop the truck back off. Shortly after our exchange I dropped the truck back off - but had another lengthy discussion about what I was experiencing. Chuck's team took another crack at my problem (Basically the A/C had no freon leaks, and would at times take upwards of 30 mins to cool the truck off. It just didn't cool like it used to.) Within just a few short days - I was given my diagnosis - I wasn't crazy!! I received my quote & ETA of the repair just like last time and Chuck's team delivered once again! I definitely got what I paid for. And like many others - I am a satisfied/happy customer. Definitely my new go-to mechanic!

He pays to tow his vehicle there and upon arrival is told it's over $200 for AC diagnostic and $600 for a full diagnostic. They told him the AC compressor part is going to be over $2k, IF, that's what it ends up being. To add insult to injury if he doesn't end up getting the work done there they want $75 if he leaves his car there. These ppl are a joke. He has no other vehicle, he's an hour and a half away from family!! No compassion. Rip off central, stay away.
