He was paid by the insurance company still to this day he hasn't completed the job. He will never touch my boat or trailer again as I went to a better mechanic in Ft Mohave. After assessing the rest of the trailer he noted the other bearings were bad. He ordered the axel and finished all the repairs in a day. Truly a blessing that Mark was sent our way!

The engine latch broke and the ignition switch needed to be replaced. They repaired all of it and even went above and beyond and adjusted the carburetor to help with the idleing, and painted the skag. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by Veronica and Kevin. Both very friendly and pleasant. There is a coffee station in the corner and some display shelves. Everything is new and clean. They encouraged our kids to snag some koozies (which of course we used today), talked to us about everything they did, we paid a reasonable price, and then they pulled the boat out. The facility is big and roomy. Really nice place and seemless process. We were having some trouble getting the hitch on the truck and a really nice man named John came out and helped us and even gave us some tips about things we had no idea about. He told us he worked on our boat and everything should be running perfectly. And just being able to talk to the guy who worked on your stuff was pretty comforting. Jeff is one of the owners and kept us in the loop through the whole process. He was very communicative and informative and gave us all of the information we needed to feel comfortable moving forward with their shop. They were very accommodating and we have no complaints. My party got a great run down of rules and regulations. All I can say is if you are larger like myself, probably only put one person on the jet ski. My boyfriend who is 245 and myself who is 200 could not be on at the same time. The hilarity of us trying was great though, I ended up standing him at the boat dock. After that ordeal and it was just me that ski was hauling and it was such a killer time! My cousin and I raced down toward the Havisu side, really nice houses and some cool little beaches to pull up on and rest. He said it ran when I left the shop and he was too busy to help me. That knucklehead told me to go buy a $3 bottle of Heat at Auto Zone.... and put it in the gas it cleared everything up. Why didn't he put the Heat in the gas to ensure his customer didn't have a problem? ($3.00) He charged me $680 but if I gave him cash, it was only $630 (Never gave me a receipt) Save yourself a headache of having to deal with this crap
