We booked an appointment a week out as they do book up quickly (for great reason). When we got there, Matt greeted us and was awesome from beginning to end! He looked over the engine with my husband and was helpful and informative on things he could fine tune/update himself as the fixes we were looking at seemed easy enough and didn't require a day at the repair shop. He was paid by the insurance company still to this day he hasn't completed the job. He will never touch my boat or trailer again as I went to a better mechanic in Ft Mohave. Active Storage referred us to AZ Boat Guys who came right out and hauled to trailer back to their shop as he knew it wasn't safe for me to drive. After assessing the rest of the trailer he noted the other bearings were bad. He ordered the axel and finished all the repairs in a day. Truly a blessing that Mark was sent our way!

He had a Sea-Doo programmer charged a very fair price, but was unable to do it. His programmer was too old for my model year. He recommended another shop and it worked out successfully. My friend also has a 2000 Sea-Doo GTX 951 twin carb. Scott came out for free to the street looked over the ski and told him everything that needs to be done and told him the top three things to watch out for on that particular model. Scott is also busy year-round. His yard is full and a coworker of mine worked for him while it's still in high school and said he is the wizard of old-school two strokes. Very nice guy very fair very honest highly recommended.

The engine latch broke and the ignition switch needed to be replaced. They repaired all of it and even went above and beyond and adjusted the carburetor to help with the idleing, and painted the skag. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by Veronica and Kevin. Both very friendly and pleasant. There is a coffee station in the corner and some display shelves. Everything is new and clean. They encouraged our kids to snag some koozies (which of course we used today), talked to us about everything they did, we paid a reasonable price, and then they pulled the boat out. The facility is big and roomy. Really nice place and seemless process. We were having some trouble getting the hitch on the truck and a really nice man named John came out and helped us and even gave us some tips about things we had no idea about. He told us he worked on our boat and everything should be running perfectly. And just being able to talk to the guy who worked on your stuff was pretty comforting. Jeff is one of the owners and kept us in the loop through the whole process. He was very communicative and informative and gave us all of the information we needed to feel comfortable moving forward with their shop. They were very accommodating and we have no complaints. Carrie and Mick were absolute pleasures to have assist us on our jet ski adventure! Prices were…read morefair, crafts were fast and in great working order! My party got a great run down of rules and regulations. All I can say is if you are larger like myself, probably only put one person on the jet ski. My boyfriend who is 245 and myself who is 200 could not be on at the same time. The hilarity of us trying was great though, I ended up standing him at the boat dock. After that ordeal and it was just me that ski was hauling and it was such a killer time! My cousin and I raced down toward the Havisu side, really nice houses and some cool little beaches to pull up on and rest. Overall one of the best vacations I've had and Jet Skiing was the supreme highlight. Thank you Carrie and Mick, can't wait to Come back!

He got the bugs off from the drive from home, and the body of the car was clean. The windows and metal did retain some water spots so I had to touch up myself later. But the good parts were his response, reasonable pricing, having people notice that my car did not look like it had been driven from Washington to Arizona. But most of all, it was a nice little visit with a pleasant individual who takes pride in his work.
