Once it arrived he came back out Thursday, once again working around my schedule and quickly replaced it. While there, he even looked at some faucets that had water flow issues and a backed up drain and handled all of them. He was extremely friendly. His prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to some of these larger companies around here that charge an arm and a leg just for simple items. I scheduled something, but turns out that it leaked much faster. They called me back after hours just to check on me, then came to visit me the next day! I needed significant repairs to multiple valves in my house (toilet valve, under sink valves, shutoffs to both hoses, and a repair to the main water shutoff valve to my house). The main shutoff was in a very awkward spot, but they were able to repair it with no problems. John was also very friendly, answered all my questions, and didn't talk down to me, explaining everything they did and why. Very trustworthy and I am highly satisfied.

We were told it could take 3-4 hours with Yeah an estimate cost of $811.00. Ok that caught me by surprise, but we have not needed plumbing work done in Nearly 20 years. And if it's gonna take 3 to 4 hours, I could see it running that much even though I did not think that severity of our kitchen needs would take 3 to 4 hours. It did not !! It took about an hour and a half (but we'll just say two hours.) Shouldn't the cost have been less since it took much less time to complete ? There would not have been an additional one to two hours of labor costs so the bill should have been considerably less . NOPE STILL $811.00 What is the hourly rate ? $600.00 They were polite and clean, but that's the only good thing I can say. And when I find out other people have been scammed by these people I could kick myself for not reading these reviews that are disturbing. If I had been able to been able to confront the 2 plummers ( why did we need 2 plummers) when they were finished and wanted $811.00 they would not have.I might have written a check for $300.00 telling them that's all you are getting.
