5 out of 5 paws!! Best dog wash in the area! Unfortunately, one of our girls is too anxious to go to a standard groomer, so we started washing her ourselves and she sheds too much to do it at home. We've been to a few other dog washes in the area and here's how they compare; keeping in mind that things might have changed at any of these places. Pros in Two Brothers: -Tub with slip leash (versus other dog washes with a clip on leash, which you need a collar you don't mind getting wet for) -Includes Aprons for humans (Capt mikes dog wash doesn't) -Includes towels to dry dog & you can get extra at no charge (capt mikes doesn't have towels) -Tub has stairs in case your dog needs them -Includes multiple shampoo options -Includes ear wipes (care a lot doesn't have) -Includes eye wipes (care a lot doesn't have) -Includes teeth wipes (care a lot doesn't have) -Includes a washing brush (care a lot doesn't have) -includes 2 additional brushes for deshedding (care a lot doesn't have) -Can ask for nail trimmers (care a lot doesn't have this) -Includes dryer -Can add services to your self wash for extra charge (we added a nail trimming service and they did a great job!) (care a lot doesn't do this that i know of) They also offer different types of discounts for monday-friday and have amazing and attentive customer service. I have not gone on a saturday or sunday, although they did say they get busy and there usually is a wait on those days. Recommend coming during the week to (potentially) get a discount. they also have a rewards program, after 9 washes, getting the 10th free. highly recommend to check this place out if you have a stinky pup!

My dog Bear was groomed yesterday and he looks fantastic. He is a Golden doodle and a year old. They trimmed him really short but it was fine as he needed a shorter cut as summer is around the corner. It took 2 hour so for the haircut and had all the trimmings done: nail, ear anus gland and other services all at a reasonable price with added discounts. Look for Skylar as your dog's stylist. My dog is coming back in two months for a trim as needed.

im absolutely so grateful for two brothers dog wash for their service and for allowing my dog to get a face trim by Sydney upon walk in. My poor boy was in serious need of his face trim so he could see. His hair covered his eyes and somehow he had matting on his ears. I normally pay $60 to $75 to get my dog bathed and washed. $30 for me to wash and dry him and get his face trimmed opened my world to a new reality. Furby wont be waiting in the kennel anymore and he can visit Sydneybwhen he needs a body and trim. The place here is so clean, they disinfect and give you an apron and all the necessities for you to bath and dry your dog. They personally will clip your dogs nails if requested. After a bath it's $10 or $15 without a wash. Im so in love with their small boutique and food that owners can buy that are quality. I love this place. Last time I was here was 2018. I will be here more often now. Mondays are military Mondays and I went today which was $3.00 off.

Wow. To say the least. I was skeptical, I just moved to the area, but after looking at the reviews, I decided to go for it and my mind is blown. I've taken my dog to plenty of places that were just doing a "full bath" or "just a wash" and they really went above and beyond. There was hair growing in strange directions which they corrected, which is hard to do on a husky or more simply put I haven't been able to fix it and no one else has tried. I brought in my 6yr old husky and it looks like I picked up a puppy. I will definitely be going back. 10/10 Quick, reasonably priced, great detail. And a happy pup.

Saturday mornings before 1030 seem to be a perfect time to come in... we had our choice between 6 different wash stations and the staff was oh-so attentive and helpful! Updated review just to add some more pictures!

I could not be happier with the experience we had at Two Brothers today! My Lab was in desperate need of a wash and to get rid of some of the extra shed he had going on and my Frenchie just needed a good scrub. I went in before I brought the boys in to see what we needed to do and the ladies up front were SO helpful! Brought our boys in and she showed me how to use all of the tools and hooked us up with some de-shed shampoo and conditioner for our Lab. She also helped me coax my old man up into the tub (he was very weary about the wash tub). The environment was great, the stations were super clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful! We'll definitely take time to look into the retail side next time we're in. I cannot say enough nice things about our experience today and we will definitely be returning! Frank and Tucker also say 5/5 paws

Bum ba-da-daaaa! I was able to find a place I can comfortably give Meeko a bath, and somewhere I could ask for help from experts! My little guy hates baths, and I usually try to do everything I can to avoid giving him one. During COVID though, I'm trying not to expose him to as many people. I was giving him a bath in my backyard, up until it got too cold to give one outside. I battled with Meeko when he knew it was time for a bath. It only got harder having to give him one in my own tub. He would get me soaked, my back would be hurting from hunching over, and my bathroom by the end of it was soaked from Meeko resisting a bath. Two Brothers Dog Wash spared me the back pain today. Each station was sanitized after each use. The station set-up was genius, they're in corners away from one another, maybe about 6 in total. Each station comes with a variety pack of shampoo to choose from, hair brushes, and other sanitation products like ear wipes. You didn't have to bring your own towels either, they provided a fast drying towel for you, and a regular cloth towel. Don't worry, if you have a bigger dog than my 28-pound corgi, they're able to provide extra towels as well as requested. The blow-dryer was already at the station, so I didn't have to move to another station after the bath! The best part about the their self-serve dog baths was how deep the tub was. Meeko sheds like crazy, so usually when I blow dry him, his hair goes flying everywhere. The tub was able to contain the water shakes from getting on me, and kept the stray hairs pretty well contained. Their members were helpful, and insightful. They made sure I was comfortable giving Meeko a bath, and would ask if I needed help ever so often when Meeko and I would get a little rowdy between one another. Services were not limited to their self-serve dog wash, but of course at an extra cost. They offered things such as nail filings, teeth cleaning, and desired f. There's also another side to the dog wash where they have a retail store that sells toys, treats, and dog food. The cutest part of the store were their dog bandanas! They had a Valentine's Day one, and each bandana came in a variety of sizes for different dogs. I can't wait for the next bath I have to give Meeko, now. Only because I'm excited to be coming back here! Thanks for a great first experience!

It's so nice to have a place where I can bring my pup to get cleaned up. The staff were super helpful in getting my anti-bath dog into the tub. They also gave us the l run-down on the shampoos available for use. I do wish they had some detangler solution or other conditioners available though - I would be willing to pay a bit more to get my dog's coat sleek and shiny :)

First time taking my dog here for the groomers. They were very kind, informative, and patient! My dog was very scared and vocal but they were so sweet with him. He looked so good after his session that I'll probably come back here for future appointments.

Adorable Treat Heaven for Your Pup Okay... this place is…read moredangerously cute I stopped by Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and immediately fell in love with how adorable everything was. The display of dog cookies alone is enough to pull you in -- they're decorated just like human cookie cutouts. Think birthdays, seasonal themes, and all kinds of fun designs that honestly look almost too cute to eat (almost ). They also had these mix-and-match treat bins where you can scoop different goodies by the ounce (around $1.25-$1.50), which I loved. I grabbed an assortment for Lexi so she can try a little bit of everything. I did ask if the treats were made in-house, and they said they're brought in (not made on-site), but still a great variety to choose from. The shop itself is small but super well put together -- they've got lick mats, little enrichment toys, collars, and even refrigerated food options. Plus, there's a grooming area in the back, so it's kind of a one-stop shop for your pup. Now... I have to be honest -- something went totally wrong with my camera that day My videos came out upside down, showing my feet half the time, and somehow my photos disappeared. So unfortunately, I'm posting this without pictures (which I hate doing). But honestly... this might just be your sign to go check it out for yourself. I'll definitely be back (and next time, I'm making sure my camera behaves ).

I called them after just to clarify what my wife told me so I decided not to reschedule and they took $40 out of my wife's bank account anyway. Apparently the reschedule fee should've been $40 but the lady told me 60 I don't know why, that's why I didn't reschedule because I'm not paying that much, but I thought that I would've been treated better just being a loyal customer for so long. After trying several options in the past, I finally stumbled upon the hidden gem of pet grooming services - Great Neck Pet Grooming. My experience with them has been exceptional, and I am thrilled to share my review. I live in New Kent, VA, but I do not mind driving to Virginia Beach for my doggies spa day. The appointment process was a breeze, and they accommodated my schedule, offering flexible booking and pick-up options. I appreciated the reminder calls and text notifications, demonstrating their commitment to excellent customer service. (You may need to consider scheduling way in advance, some months can be very busy and they may be fully booked). Often, they will try their best to get you in the schedule. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The reception area was clean, well-organized and had a cozy setup with delightful pet-themed decor. The staff members were friendly, professional, and passionate about their work with pets. My dogs have various needs regarding grooming - Charlie is a brindle Australian Sheppard, and Great Dane mix, and Daisy is a short-haired black Boxer, Lab, and Pit mix. One needs a serious de-shedding, and the other does not want her nails trimmed by me. The groomers were skilled and gentle with my pets, using products suitable for their sensitive skin and coats. They paid particular attention to Daisy's nail trim, carefully trimming her nails without causing any discomfort. From my perspective, the one thing that sets Great Neck Pet Grooming apart from other grooming services is its attention to detail. They delivered on my specific grooming requests and provided an extra touch by taking them out for potty breaks and genuinely caring and compassionate for our pets. Although not every experience is the same, my pets and our experience have been consistent, and I do not mind dropping off my dogs for a spa day at Great Neck Pet Grooming.
