Two Brothers is awesome! We lived in the San Diego area for many years and are familiar with their pizza. When we found out they were opening in Tehachapi, we were excited! I don't care what anyone says; this is the best pizza in Tehachapi. Not only is everything on the menu incredible, but the folks working this little shop are incredibly nice (shout out to the guy who talked me out of ordering a salad and instead ordered cannoli, which he placed in a bag labeled "Salad"). Great people, great food, and a very sweet and clean little storefront where you could sit at one of the tables if you needed a quick place to eat lunch (they have pizza by the slice!). Best Veggie sandwich I can remember eating. I have been eating at Subway for decades. This place was even cheaper than BurgerKing for 2 Impossible burgers, as well way better. The bread the Two Brothers use is my new favorite. I will likely try a meat sandwich there. I have had the Veggie Pizza there, it was great. I will return! Only complaint is if you want a cup of water, they will only sell you a bottle. If they would do that at say fifty cents, that would be a good idea. I was visiting yesterday from out of state. I travel a lot and it's hard to find a good sandwich let alone a good slice of pie. This place does it just right. I ordered a turkey Sammy and a slice Pepperoni. Pepperoni came first, hot the right amount of greasy. Wasn't drooping too much and had plenty of good flavor. The Sammy came next, I was confused because I ordered a small and it was a full roll. What was good was I could taste each ingredient as I munched it down. The sauce was tasty, meat sliced right and plentiful, tomatoes were juicy, onions just ripe- and toasted lightly as to not disrupt the cold ingredients inside. Service, on point. Kind, friendly, polite and smiling. I mean all if them. All workers were engaged, working to create a clean atmosphere and delicious food for guests. Calzones were HUGE. And I ordered two of them.. which explained why it was so expensive. They didn't give me a price over the phone. I think they should change it to small or large on the menu because their "medium" is definitely not a medium sized calzone. I've gotten calzones from many places & this one was probably the worst. For mine, I got one with spinach, chicken, cheese and tomato. The whole calzone was basically cheese. Not even kidding. It was like eating a gigantic stuffed cheese bread. The cheese to everything else ratio was very off. All I could taste was cheese. Hardly any meat at all, and not nearly enough spinach or tomato. So dissapointing. read more

The pizza is amazing. Our favorite pizza in town for sure. People in there are so friendly. The only little complaint I have is the salads aren't very good to me (personal preference) big watery chunks of lettuce rather than leafy and a ton of ham in the antipasto salad- I'd rather have more salami and add pepperoni.
