my husband brought his motorcycle to get two new tires and when we picked it up the front tire went flat on his way home and wobbled he almost got into an accident on the highway they said it was probably a nail there is no nail we took it back he said he new exactly why it lost air charged us again even though the tire installation was not performed correctly. The issues started immediately after the service, including a front-end wobble and when he took the bike home the back tire is lost air. This is a safety concern and all they want is money no responsibility for anything . read more

We thought we were getting a good deal because they could get our side-by-side in stock within a month. But when we got the side-by-side home it had mechanical issues from the 1st mile. It jerks the parking doesn't work the brakes failed etc. we called to Jack's and they said it would take weeks to get it into the shop. This is with less than 30 miles and only 10 days off the showroom floor. We called back and they said bring it down and they would try to work it in between appointments. It's been four days and they said maybe they can look at it next week. what good is a new side by side if it stays in the shop as soon as you buy it? read more

Very disappointed today as I ordered some parts 3 weeks ago and there still not in. When I tried to return a cheap mirror they sold me for my ATV, i was told they wouldnt take it back. It was a $9.00 cheap mirror??? Ive spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars there on parts and maintenance to my ATVs. NOT ANYMORE - Im done doing business with Two Jacks. Ordered 1 coil and 1 spark plug spend $128. The coil didn't include the boot the part-mans never informed me the boot wasn't included got home realized the boot wasn't there call up aksed about the boot and was told i have to buy it. spoke with the manager Billy who was very rude and unprofessiona. Told me too bad or come buy a boot then hung up the phone. This is NOT a place i would recommend to my words enemy. Its sad i checked amazon and found both parts with the boot included for $20. Got a nice kawasaki klr 650 at a preeeety good price. Problems arose when I had them replace my tires..... I must say the price was good also but...... I get the bike and im doing 70 or so on 81 and my front tire blows! A very close call..... I bring the bike in to get to the bottom of what happend as there was no holes or anything in the tire. What there was though was a round hole in the tube and a nib of some kind that was between the tube and tje tire that had to have been overlooked while putting it together. What made matters worse is that one of the owners wouldn't acknoledge it was their fault. All I was looking for wqs a fix of their mistake. They charged me full price and wat made me even more ticked is they didnt retighten the spedometor cable the second time! They gave me a new one though so they get 2 stars read more

Two Jacks came though and sold me a great jet ski. The salesman Chris was awesome and highly recommend going through him.

Never again! Charged 2 hours labor at 90 bux an hr to replace my coolant cap and pressurized tank. Total cost of 210 bux. Will be getting future work done else where on my can am spyder. Good luck if you use this place. No communication and takes them days before they even look at your cycle. The charge is outrageous. I'm all for paying for a service but dumb founded on the cost Of this particular repair. Good luck if you use them. Another customer was in there disgusted with his experience as well. read more

Horrible customer service! Bought a Yamaha waverunner. Did this by phone. Show up and nothing is ready. Was told by the salesman who went on vacation the cover was included. NOT! Had to argue and walk out twice to get my included cover. Mind you the one I got is not the one that belongs with my brand new waverunner. Also bought trailer. Came with a broken taillight. They put the plate on the vehicle and decided to not tell me a brand new trailer had a broken taillight. Did not see it until I got home. I didn't even bother to call them because my experience was so bad and it would take me hours to solve. My purchase took 3.5 hours for something I bought over the phone. The rudeness, apathy ignorance of product are too much to bear. I would not have bought either but the have one thing going for them. They have a large inventory and are 75 miles from the closest dealer. Everything about this dealership says we do not care. read more

Do you like ridicule? Do you enjoy being lied to? Do you like to wait weeks to have work performed, only to have the problem be one you suggested after only two or three days? Than Two Jacks is the place for you. Don't be fooled by the name! It is still Riders World level of service with a fancier looking parking lot! Heck you can still gaze at the wonderful Riders World neon hanging in the showroom! Why am I talking about Riders World in a review of an establishment called Two Jacks Cycle you ask. Because they are one and the same. They combination now resides at the old Riders World location. In the beginning it was my Triumph. I had recently purchased the bike used from a guy. I came out to my garage one morning and to my horror there was gasoline eating away the paint on the floor. So I get on the horn and call the only Triumph dealer around, Riders World. Being a hair outside their tow range, they were going to charge me a premium to come get the bike. So I opted to call a friend to give my and my bike a lift. I would rather buy lunch for a friend than pay a tow fee. That night I find out there is a recall on the broken parts of my bike. So we drop the bike off and the conversation went something like this: RW If there was a recall, you would have gotten a letter in the mail from Triumph. Me I just bought the bike used a month ago. I didn't get a letter, I found out about it on Triumph's web page. RW There is no recall, you need to order a whole fuel pump system to get it fixed. Me No, there is a recall, I'm not paying for anything. You are a Triumph dealer and service center. RW There is no recall I'll order you the fuel pump. Me No, I'll contact Triumph and get a "letter" from them and let them know you won't fix my bike. RW Oh... I see the recall now. The bike gets dropped on in their "Loving" hands and I get a ride back home. The fix was suppose to take about 3 days, as they needed to order the parts. They were also informed not to use cheap gas in the bike as it will not start (there is a Sheetz across the street). Get the call my bikes done! Great blue skies and 80 degree days in sight for the next 2 weeks! This is going to be wonderful to get that wind blowing in my hair Easy Rider style. I get there to pick up my little Speed Racer to find she won't start. That conversation went something like this: RW: Go get some lunch, we will get it running for you. Me: What gas did you put in the bike? It will not run on Sheetz. RW: No, we put good gas in it. Me: I have a few gallons of Sunco in the car, I'll put some in and see if that works. RW: No, No. We will get it running. Just go get some lunch and we will have it running for you when you get back. Now I'm out two lunches to a friend and still no bike. Aggravation sets in when the bike is still not running, and those blue skies we talked about are on their way out and the rain was here. After two weeks the verdict SHEETZ GAS. A few years later I ditch the Speed Demond and go with a more economical ride. A Ruckus, and I was out to recreate Easy Rider in slow motion. Until I made a boo boo. Yes I take 100% responsibility for destroying my crank shaft. So I call the place I bought The Meepers (pick up on anything here?). It went something like this (with a mocking tone) Me: I messed up my crank shaft and I can't get over 30 mph down hill now. RW: That's fast for a scooter. Me: No, it's not. RW: Ok, hold on let me see how much it will cost. Several minutes.... RW: It will be $900-$1000 to fix it and we won't do it until the fall. Me: ?? The parts are less than $100. Why would you charge me so much, and why won't you fix it until the fall? RW: That just how much it will cost, and it's only a scooter, we have bikes and skidoos that come in here that need to be fixed. It's riding season after all. Me: I know it is riding season, that's why I need to get my scooter fixed. ...I priced out the work at another Honda dealer it was around $400. After this I managed to avoid this beastly place for a few years. Two Jacks Cycle, this is going to OK. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Upon walking in the door I see familiar faces that I tried to avoid. You know, like when you see that ex at the bar. I give them my keys and a half an hour later they tell me I failed my inspection because I need a new rear wheel. I was told the wheel was down to the wire mesh. I think to myself, OK, I don't check my wheel daily, but damn that is pretty bad. Turns out the tire was in need of replacing, but there was in fact to mesh coming through. There were a few near bald spots along the center line. Days go by and I find out my tire was never ordered, only reserved, then they ran out of inspection stickers. Finally I get the bill and I was charged $45 for the tire after I was told it would only be $38. The money isn't the issue being lied to about the price and the condition of my old tire is. This is pretty much the only game in town for the locals like my family. They have a nice variety of bikes ranging from KTMs to BMWs; however, my lower score is not due to lack in product but lack in service. Most of the people are nice, but they sometimes seem to forget how to treat their loyal customers. They aren't the worst store but I wouldn't think to come here if there was another. read more

I just went through a three day, three ring circus over a back tire for my scooter. The end result was paying TWICE the quoted price, just to get the heck out of there. I bought a Bolt R-spec July 4 2020 from this dealership; do I wish that I would have read the reviews of this place first. This was my first actual bike that I was buying for myself and it was between the bolt or a Harley forty-eight and the bolt won out just because it was $2k cheaper and I should have went with the Harley. I talked to one of the sales reps and ordered my Bolt R-spec brand new, a 2019 Bolt R-spec, and they made sure that it was assembled within a week because I was a Veteran and I was doing a couple of bike runs with my brother. Pick up day, they didn't show me the bike, just had me sign paperwork, and it's about to rain. I go in to sign the paperwork and the title says 2018 and not 2019, so of course I question it, and they said no sorry we sell off the new old stock first, (even though I'm pissed because I was told and given the pricing of a 2019), so I just let it go because it's my first bike that I'm actually buying myself not my parents and I'm excited to get out. By the time that I'm done signing all of the paperwork, it starts raining, and I hop on the bike to get it back to my house to park it and put my cover on it until tomorrow when it's nicer out. The next comes around and I cannot be more pissed off. I know this is my fault, I am a new buyer, but you would think that a brand new bike would be perfect right; wrong. There were scratches all over the rear fender, rust on the fender stays, corrosion on almost all of the bolts, the seat had this mold type stain on the synthetic leather that I couldn't get off, and rust on the kickstand and chassis. I priced everything out so I knew what I was talking about before I called the dealer and it was about $1800 just in parts with no labor involved. I called them and they said to take pictures, send it to them, and they said that it would be taken care of. I don't hear anything for almost a month, I go up there, and they say sorry but they can offer me $300 in accessories, and I told them that I wanted to speak to the owner. The owner comes and speaks with me, I explain to him what was going on, and he said yeah we'll get a yamaha rep to come down and review your bike and case. Okay good deal I can do that. That never happened. I was on the interstate getting off an exit on I-81, a work van didn't see me, came in on me, and I wrecked my bike. I almost had it back under control but I wrecked it, broke my hand, my foot, and the van took off. So I call this dealership, tell them what happened that I need to get the bike in for repair, and he says that they are really backed up and just to keep it at my house until the end of December and they would call me to have it brought up so it wasn't in long term storage, this was all in September, and of course agreed because that made good sense to me. The end of December came, then January, I rode the bike up there in February to drop it off, and they just completely forgot about me. I would have taken it somewhere else but I thought that by taking it to them they would see that I'm being a loyal customer and cut me a break on my deductible since all of the damaged parts from when I first bought it but at this point I have given them too many chances to make up for everything. So If you want to buy a Yamaha, just go to the Yamaha Dealer in Bloomsburg because that's who I used to go through before I moved up to Wilkes and they are by far a much better dealership than this one because it seems Two Jacks only cares about money and not the customer. read more

I bought a what was suppose to be a new bike, after they had my money; I paid cash by the way, prior to me going over the bike we saw a crack on the seat panel. I was told by the service manager he already knew about it and had ordered the replacement part and that all I had to do was bring my bike back in - in about a week and it would be replaced. It has been seven weeks later and several phones calls later and the part in not in nor will it be as I am told it is not even manufactured as of yet because it is to new. This a nasty surprise to me since I was told when I left with the bike that "service manager already knew" & "it was already ordered". I spoke with the G.M. Jay Hanley and he was less than "useful" and told me as long as I could ride my motorcycle "what's the problem? Really, you are the G.M.? No wonder I was lied to my the service manager they just wanted me to ride off on my "Brand New Broken Bike" and just forget about I paid cash for a new Bike when really it was damaged and they knew it was not going to be fixed. They refused my offer of a $200.00 settlement to make me feel somewhat better for being scammed so of course I have filed a complaint with Kawasaki. Please, do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. If they will do this to a cash customer imagine what they will do to you. I am so disappointed in this business. Kawasaki filed my complaint and is now in the process of contacting dealership. I do not know the outcome yet, but let this be a warning to you. Also they use to do business as "Davis Powers Sports" as this is the name that comes up on my caller ID when they called me back when I had inquired at earlier times as to where my part is. So they have even bothered to chance that info. Maybe the name was changed so people would "Not Be Onto Them" and they sucky was of doing business. I will post updates as soon as they are AVAILABLE.
