I am furious for my rentors who hired you to come clean the vacant rental home they just move out of! They got ripped off $595 + she (my rentr) was kind enough to give you a $80 tip. Mind you all this has to be paid up front. This is a 1750 sq foot home with 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. So a common home not so big. We'll the first time you came to clean was a joke. My 9 year old granddaughter and 7 year old grandson could have done a better Job. Acording to 2 maid you were there for 8 hrs cleaning. I have pictures to prove you cleaned hardy anything. There were cobwebs sill in the corners dirtmarks on the light switches door frames, baseboards and windows ledges. Toilet upstairs didn't even get cleaned. The downstairs toilet wasn't even scrub down. The countertops went clean the stove wasn't touched at all dust on stove top I could go on and on. But I won't. At least you came out a 2nd time to try and make things right. Well I have to say. The job wasn't much better than the first time. None of the blinds were dusted baseboards were not touched, still found cobwebs (pics again to prove it) dirt on walls and windows ledges. Heck there was eve still dog saliva on the windows. Stains in the kitchen which I cleaned again myself with some cheep dollar tree "Awesome" and scrubbed it and with 5 minuts it looked sparkling new and looked really pretty. (Before and after pictures of that as well). I think you should do what is right and refund the money to this lady who hired you! We have to basically clean this whole house all-over. We purchased the move out/in cleaning from "Two maids of Granbury" for our home thats on the market. This is the deepest & most thorough "top to bottom" cleaning package. It covered the areas we wanted professionally cleaned. Due to having several more home showings scheduled between our move out date December 23 and the date the Two Maids of Granbury put us on there schedule, January 6, we lightly cleaned the house ourselves the day after we moved out - swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned all countertops, mirrors and windows. **We did not clean inside cabinets, drawers, oven, shelves, baseboards- that's where I wanted & paid for their help. It was discussed with the rep over the phone and by email these were the areas we did not clean and we needed them to focus on that was part of our purchased cleaning package. The afternoon of January 6, we were shocked to see the two maids did not clean these areas AT ALL! They also did not spend the amount of time they claimed to at our home. We have home cameras so have record of when they arrived and left. We contacted a manager, Taylor, with photos & videos of how they left our home. She offered to have them come back the following day. I met them there, I gave them a sponge because they didn't have one, & left them to finish. Cameras showed they were there for about an hour total, definitely not enough time to do what we paid for. We went back to see the "cleaning" results - the areas were still not cleaned. We again shared pictures and videos and all Taylor would say is how many hours her PHCs spent in our home, which wasn't even correct. Even with pictures and videos of clearly an un-cleaned home she maintained they had done their job. We ended up cleaning the home ourselves. Two maids cost us nearly $800 for work not done , extra time & travel on our part, ontop of the stress of trying to get them to honor there package we purchased . We 100% do Not recommend hiring this company. read more
